Way to hard to learn for beginners! Tried to send a sms to customers who abandoned their check out but that was way too hard. The training videos did not show me how to solve my problems eighter.

Installation and setup were super-easy, and within a day the app was delivering off-the-charts ROI. A great solution for abandoned carts.

It's really amazing app. You can send SMS to any customers and you can set automation SMS campaigns. SMSBump is the best Text marketing app ever.

I really like it, because I can send a custom message to everyone. I don't know how to put my store name in the sender yet.

Nice app, must try for bumping up sales. I think its SMS charges are best in the market place.

Good app for Small to Medium sized stores. Very good customer service by email.

The app is very helpful in notifying customers about order updates and also very helpful in retargeting customers. The support is also pretty good.
