I RECOMMEND THE APP, IT'S EASY TO USE AND THE CONTACT TEAM ARE FLAWLESSLY HELPFUL. I SPOKE TO SOMEONE NAMED ELIJAH AND HE HELP ME VALIDATE TOLL-FREE OPTION. THANKS FOR THE HELP

TL;DR: Their Premium is highly not recommended. Over-promised and under deliver. This YOTPO is a complete disappointment and not recommended. The admin interface is a nightmare to navigate. Too many confusing reps and a dumpster fire of code in the web reviews widget make matters worse. The promised platform synergies are nonexistent. SMS Bump is a usability disaster, and even meetings with their team are a waste of time. Other platforms have proven to be far more beneficial, while YOTPO has only added frustration, complexity, and countless hours of troubleshooting. Avoid YOTPO at all costs.

This app has helped me with sms and email marketing, it comes with templates you can modify, and they don't charge much for their services. Customer support is also very responsive and helpful, Quin Shiena G helped me resolve my issue of a failed campaign status. I am very satisfied.

I am getting started with the app and the support on the program so far has been great. PL helped a lot with getting SMS verified and I really appreciated her patience and help as we got it up and running!

New to the app and by no means have implemented all the capabilities but everything works as it should up to this point. Their support is fantastic! Always quick to respond via chat but will go beyond that when you need them. Had an issue with two welcome pop ups (sure it was my fault) but they went above and beyond to get it resolved. Highly recommend.
