My experience was great!! John D. was super helpful and even went as far to send me a screenshot showing me exactly how to fix my problem. It made my problem so easy to manage. I'm grateful that you have someone like John D. working for you. You should definitely give John a pay raise!!

Excellent, consistent customer service. Every time I reach out, my issues are worked through in their entirety. The same day. It's clear that the customer support agents know what they are doing and have technical training. Great service by Keano and his colleagues. Night and day from many of the other digital platforms I've used.

I should admit that I am lucky as I just got a chance to work with SMSBump. I was not understanding how to verify my toll free number. However I found a link on needing to add verbiage to my store policies. Once done I chatted in to validate. Djan was very fast and helpful. Made sure i was escalated due to release date. 5 stars.
