This review is specifically based on the app's support. I installed the app and went through it in great detail. For the most part it is user-friendly. I had a few questions and reached out to the online support. I was connected to PL. PL is fast, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. I had several questions and she was able to answer them like rapid fire. She was also able to troubleshoot and expedite any technical assistance I needed. Before reaching out to support, I was ready to find another app, as I wasn't sure if this one would meet my needs. It has so far and I am happy. Thank you. Update: Received excellent service from Keano today. The support staff is quick and knowledgeable. It gives me the confidence needed to move forward in my tasks. UPDATE: Joann was patient and knowledgeable. I felt confident in the information that I received.

Support is very fast and helpful. Lots of customization options, no complaints
