It's been a learning curve working with this app. So many little nuances to keep tabs on, but so far so good. We had a little hiccup which is been taken care of. Interacting with Don has been a wonderful experience. Nothing but expedient, respectful and cordial customer service. We see a long business relationship.

I've had a fantastic experience using Klaviyo, and I must say that Don, one of their employees, has been incredibly helpful through SMS. Don's support and expertise have made a real difference in optimizing our SMS marketing campaigns. Kudos to the Klaviyo team and Don for their outstanding service!
