J'ai contacté le support SMSBump et je n'ai pas attendu plus de 20 secondes que j'ai eu un assistant pour me venir en aide. Don m'a bien aidé, il a été gentil patient courtois et il est allez au bout pour rechercher l'information afin de débloquer ma situation. Je remercie Don de m'avoir aidé à avancer dans mon projet et d'avoir pris le temps de traiter ma demande.

Great customer service from Elijah. My system glitched and Elijah waited with patience and dealt with my issues within no time, took some time to understand what I was trying to convey. Great service for sure!!!!

The bet part about this app is the keyword SMS marketing feature. Exactly what I was looking for and what other big SMS/Email marketing companies don't have. And PL (the representative Princess) is the best. I request to speak to her when I need help. Seems like she's the only one that really knows what's going on.
