I like SMSBump for its very user friendly experience, efficiency when messaging customers and gaining new customers, and the customer service (shoutout to Elijah!). Overall the app is one of my favorite Shopify apps. Highly recommend!

So far, so good! I had a minor issue locating a couple things within the settings and @Aljohn @John took great care of me. He provided visuals for me to follow along which took out all of the guess work! Fast and friendly service!
