BEWARE: I canceled and they still continued to bill me. Dishonest company. I wouldn't trust them with downloading this app. Even after asking and seeing that the app was not used, they refused to issue a refund.

The Snappic platform is super user friendly and everyone on the Snappic team is super knowledgeable and helpful when we have questions. With Snappic they help you to understand what the heck is going on with ads and we feel confident our money is spending in the right place. They are always super quick to respond to emails when we have questions and even provide screen recordings of step by step processes when needed. We've worked with ad companies before who left us feeling like we didn't understand what the heck was happening. With Snappic, they walk you through it all. They are ready to help in any way they can. We have been working with Snappic for 4 months and would HIGHLY recommend!! <3

We’ve tried many other agencies, but working with Snappic has been a game-changer! Their platform makes it incredibly easy to create ads and view performance data all in one place. We successfully set up and started running our ads with Snappic and Edwin and the team were all amazing. Although I ultimately didn’t move forward with their growth plan, my experience with this team was excellent from the start. Their customer service was outstanding every step of the way. When I couldn’t continue due to unrelated circumstances, they promptly issued a full refund. They are efficient, clear, and I’m confident they deliver results. We can’t say enough about the snapback app as well as the customer care team customer service is incredible. Everything is super fast very easy to use. We have seen fantastic increase in our ROAS everything about it is fantastic. Highly highly recommend this to anyone looking to streamline their business, and increase sales.!

I have used this app for 3 months and I signed up for their managed ad account service. The first month their results was around 3.0 roas (keeping mind that I was already at a 3.25-3.5 roas prior to working with them), the second month 2.5 and the last month dropped to 2.0 roas. After talking to my account manager they put the blame on everyone else but themselves. They even said that Meta had issues which resulted in 2 weeks of my ads performing 1.0-1.5 roas. I spoke to my Meta Ads Manager and they checked my ad history to see changes to my ads and my ads were not updated, they just reallocated my budget. Do not work with this company, I feel they just use their software run your ads which ultimately isn't what I paid for and receive horrible results.

Snappic and especially Ben are amazing. I have been working with Snappic for 3 months now and they were able to multiply our monthly sales by 5. The sales keep increasing each month. Ben manages the adds and adjust the budget every 2-3 days. I am so glad I chose to work with them!

Snappic has been a God send! My facebook account was shutdown and Snappic had it up and running in less than two days.I expect big things from our partnership and i am sure they will deliver.

I faced difficulty in completing my onboarding process because the service provider had concerns about my ads violating Meta's terms of service. Despite having successful ads with a 4X ROAS on Meta, they refused to provide their service. Additionally, they asked for my credit card information in case my ads did not run on my own account, which seemed suspicious. Overall, I found the experience to be a waste of my time.
If we don't believe that we can help, we will be honest and upfront about it. As a business, if you aren’t ok with handling a "no" or having people voice their honest opinion when trying to act in your best interest, please look elsewhere. We were upfront with this store that that in our experience they would experience difficulty advertising due to Facebook guidelines and that we would not be able to provide the support that they would likely need in case they ran into blocks due to their product. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to express our company values.

Everyone is super helpful and they definitely want to help you succeed. I used this app for a few months but unfortunately did not see the results I was hoping for. My cost per acquisition was pretty high when you consider my overall average order value. You are also paying them a subscription fee per month. In order to 'unlock' a higher ad spend you have to pay a lot more money per month for their 'hypergrowth track'. I don't think this app was the right fit for me.
