BEWARE: I canceled and they still continued to bill me. Dishonest company. I wouldn't trust them with downloading this app. Even after asking and seeing that the app was not used, they refused to issue a refund.

I have used this app for 3 months and I signed up for their managed ad account service. The first month their results was around 3.0 roas (keeping mind that I was already at a 3.25-3.5 roas prior to working with them), the second month 2.5 and the last month dropped to 2.0 roas. After talking to my account manager they put the blame on everyone else but themselves. They even said that Meta had issues which resulted in 2 weeks of my ads performing 1.0-1.5 roas. I spoke to my Meta Ads Manager and they checked my ad history to see changes to my ads and my ads were not updated, they just reallocated my budget. Do not work with this company, I feel they just use their software run your ads which ultimately isn't what I paid for and receive horrible results.

I faced difficulty in completing my onboarding process because the service provider had concerns about my ads violating Meta's terms of service. Despite having successful ads with a 4X ROAS on Meta, they refused to provide their service. Additionally, they asked for my credit card information in case my ads did not run on my own account, which seemed suspicious. Overall, I found the experience to be a waste of my time.
If we don't believe that we can help, we will be honest and upfront about it. As a business, if you aren’t ok with handling a "no" or having people voice their honest opinion when trying to act in your best interest, please look elsewhere. We were upfront with this store that that in our experience they would experience difficulty advertising due to Facebook guidelines and that we would not be able to provide the support that they would likely need in case they ran into blocks due to their product.
