With Snappic they help you to understand what the heck is going on with ads and we feel confident our money is spending in the right place. They are always super quick to respond to emails when we have questions and even provide screen recordings of step by step processes when needed. We've worked with ad companies before who left us feeling like we didn't understand what the heck was happening. With Snappic, they walk you through it all. We can’t say enough about the snapback app as well as the customer care team customer service is incredible. Everything is super fast very easy to use. Edwin from Snappic walked me through our current ad efforts, pointing out some potential issue and where they can fill in the gaps. These guys really take the time. The platform is simplest ad setup I've seen yet, and I've tried them all. Overall this feels way more in line with our brand than some of the cheeseball PPC agencies are recommending.
