Do not, and I repeat, DO NOT use this supplier! We purchased 3 dresses and a skirt on 18 FEB. We contacted them at the end of February, asking why nothing was being processed. Their response was that they were having production issues. Today is now over 30 days, and we still don't have the shipment. Regardless of how many positive reviews this Vendor has, don't waste your time. Those reviews can NOT possibly be from real customers! I hate to leave bad reviews like this, but I'm not seeing anything positive about this company, including their lack of follow-up communication when they know they are having production issues.

Been using them for 6 months now, only for shoes. Have good reviews on them. Everything is OK......until something goes wrong. Customer support is non existing. Have 2 pair of shoes returned to warehouse right after they were shipped. The customers address is correct as I already sold to them. Contacted Printy6 already several times, through their contact form, also directly mailed them, and replied to the confirmation mails with request number you get when you mail them (so the excuse they never received my messages are not valid). No answer at all, although stated on their site they reply within 24 hours. Seriously considering leaving them...

Absolutely awful POD company. I have several customers who have been waiting for OVER 2 MONTHS for their products to arrive and are still waiting. It's a shame because they have some good dress options. I've spent a lot of time and effort to add them to my shop but am going to have to take them down because customers want refunds and it's way too late to cancel the orders. Sellers beware!

Tshirt is good, Customer service and production time , shipping time are tooo bad. Company say 10-15 days. i ordered one item its takes - production and shipping time takes 35-50 days. make the deliveries fast

I have had an item "in production" for 28 days. Support is not responsive, customer is frustrated. I sent a support ticket email over 8 days ago and finally got a response. I do love all the products they offer, but with the false transparency on fulfillment times and non-existent support, I'm at a loss for words. I would have many customers buy the products Printy6 offers, but their customer service, response time, fulfillment time, and shipping time MUST CHANGE. Then, it would truly be a wonderful POD platform. Expedited shipping cost is a joke, so don't pay the extra because they still won't ship it out in a timely manner. Please do better.

UNABLE TO DELIVER NEW DRESSES Ordered 5 dresses on Jan 22, 2023, at 02:54:11am, and the dresses were still in production on Mar 3, 2023, at 12:35 am. I will keep updating this review until the dresses are shipped. Printy6 added new dress silhouettes to their catalog. And they advertise in writing a fulfillment time of 3 to 4 days. However, they are unable to fulfill dresses within this time frame. I placed an order for dresses on Aug 9th, and I didn't receive them until Sep 19th. It took a month to fulfill the order of only 3 outfits and about 2 weeks to deliver. When the outfit finally arrived, they were well-made and packaged in a presentable way. I placed a second order and requested information about the fulfilment time but I have been ignored.

This app WOULD be great. However, fulfillment and deliver are just entirely too long and the customers get extremely restless.

Zero response from support. Not even an email. Printy6 does not give the confidence needed to run a print-on-demand or drop-shipping business.

I have had an item "in production" for 14 days. Support is not responsive, customer is frustrated, Printy 6 help is non-existent. They replied to this review but still have not relied to the support ticket that was "created" on my behalf.
Dear, This is John from Printy6, we noticed that you have an order is in production about 14 days, and you sent us several emails but didn't get response from us, I have checked your order #98430 , we are so sorry for the order was delayed, we cannot produce this item for you, because of the mockup image is created so long time ago, we had a upgrade and a migration for the mockup images, during this migration, your Shopify store is inactive, caused the image lost, you need to re-submit the image to us. We haven't received your emails until now, we are still looking into what was happened about the lost emails, If you can get this email, please get back to us ASAP , we are so sorry for the inconvenience. Absolutely hopeless app. Tried contacting the support 5 times and no response. No proper guidance on image sizing to be used. The customer support is non-existent. I am concerned that no one will ever respond when i have a customer order issue to be addressed.

Their shoe size chart is wrong! And no point in pointing this out to them - they don't listen. Ordered mens size 10UK but got Euro size 43 which is size 9uk mens. I showed them a pic of my Nike, where it shows the size 10uk is Euro45 and they told me Nike use different sizes!!!!!!!!!! OMG ??? I told them that it's like they're telling me that a 12-inch ruler in China is 11 inches... Absolute morons...........

Very bad this application. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE. This application really for my concept is not recommended for anyone, since I made an order more than a month ago and it has not yet reached my client, I contacted support and they do not give me an answer on the status of my order.

I placed a sample order with multiple items on Feb. 07 2021. The order has been is Scheduling status and hasn't changed. I've sent support multiple emails because that's the only form of contact option given. Still have not received a response. At this point I want to cancel my order and once again there's no option to do so. I know from recent experience other print on demand companies are easy to contact and ordering, production and shipping process was simple. This company is being promoted by Shopify but is definitely not operating with integrity. Can someone assist me with this issue.

Our business is extremely dissatisfied with this provider. The very first order that was made and shipped to a customer had a mismatching color. Another review described it very well: "bleached" colors. Thats exactly what happened to the order. Two weeks went by, two emails were sent (the only method of communication) and there's no response at all. This app has damaged the respectability of the brand, cost us money and time. Wouldn't recommend.

I believe this is app is fraudulent and you may get what you ordered in about 2 months. It will probably be the wrong size as my customers sweatpants were entirely too small. Want customer service? Well you won't get that from Printy6! If I could give them a negative rating I would! F*******ck! I hate scammers. They make out like fat cats while you're left holding the mess they created. Stay away, stay away, stay away!!!!!

I installed this app 3 days ago based on their words "Better price and fast shipping - Price includes Shipping fees so there’re NEVER any other hidden costs! Bring you huge profit." Guess what? Their prices do not include shipping, and once you add in the cost for shipping, their prices aren't all that good. Their shipping times are ridiculously long, and they offer (and recommend) that I use their expedited shipping. Problem is, their expedited shipping is expensive and offers ship times that are about the same as other vendors' "regular" shipping. I emailed them about their "included" shipping, and they responded, "Hi, the price is not including the shipping fee." (at least they responded quickly). I deleted the app today. I can't understand why there are so many good reviews... perhaps they used to include shipping and provide better pricing.

Placed two orders with this POD vendor, to test quality of the product. Chose expedited shipping (much extra) on both and after placing the order, both of them showed I only got basic shipping. I reached out to support and after a single response saying "let me take a look for you", nothing else after numerous emails and days passed. I won't be using this vendor anymore and recommend saying away from them. Printful is waaaaay better!

This POD has THE WORST customer service experience. They sent me the wrong order, I informed them of the issue. Ashley apologized and said that she will send me a new order. After that exchange, they went silent for weeks. I couldn't give my customer an update on the order. I had to issue a refund to my customer. I sent numerous emails to Printy6, asking for an update and informing them that I had to issue a refund to my customer. They were unresponsive. It wasn't until I got Shopify involved that Ashley finally replied. They sent me the replacement order, however its a customized order I can't do anything with it. The customer that placed the order is no longer interested in getting the product because it took too long (August 28 -October 22nd). I asked Ashley for a refund, she completely ignored that request. Terrible service.

Stay away from them! My orders are still stuck more then a month, their website says 10 to 20 days for flat rate shipping. Their customer service replied after days said it can take 1 to 2 months for delivery with flat rate... They lie they cant be trusted I removed all their products.
Dear Rashid, We are so sorry for the order was delayed, the website says flat rate shipping takes 10 - 20 days, that is true, but currently, because of the COVID-19 is spreading all over the world, the carrier's flight is much fewer than before, so, the flat rate shipping time is longer than before, but the flat shipping time still not such long as Ashely said, it takes about 25 days. I have checked your 2 orders, if you still don't receive the item within the next 2 weeks, we will fully refund to you. Looking forward to your reply.

2 of 3 phone case sample orders were printed wrong, no refund or resend from the company, decent customer service atleast they responded. At first I thought it was a mistake on my end but turns out it was their mistake, still no refund though
