Printy6 ‑ Print On Demand

I have had an item "in production" for 14 days. Support is not responsive, customer is frustrated, Printy 6 help is non-existent. They replied to this review but still have not relied to the support ticket that was "created" on my behalf.

This is a nice app. I love their Shoe products they offer for print on demand. Selection is a lot better and trendier than some competitors. As well integrations are easy to use and navigate.

Absolutely hopeless app. Tried contacting the support 5 times and no response. No proper guidance on image sizing to be used. The customer support is non-existent. I am concerned that no one will ever respond when i have a customer order issue to be addressed.

OMG this is Amazing! I Love the fact that I can customize my own shoe! I'm going to order a pair to see if the quality is just as good as it looks.

Their shoe size chart is wrong! And no point in pointing this out to them - they don't listen. Ordered mens size 10UK but got Euro size 43 which is size 9uk mens. I showed them a pic of my Nike, where it shows the size 10uk is Euro45 and they told me Nike use different sizes!!!!!!!!!! OMG ??? I told them that it's like they're telling me that a 12-inch ruler in China is 11 inches... Absolute morons...........

Hello there, it's just the beginning of the story for me, for now I can't say a lot, I like the products I find there, that's why I'm looking further. I tried a couple times to create a shoe pattern, and it's not so easy, because you can't zoom and it's hard to be precise if you need to place a design in a specific area, mirror is ok but for text and not regular patterns it's not of any help. So if you can improve the tools, with a zoom and the possibility to put some line guides it will be very helpful... any way it is not impossible to work with it, but have to tell if for any reason you click on the left mouse button, you'll quit your page and loose your work. There is no saving possibility. Can't talk about product themselves, but it was an easy process to set the all thing, so give a try, and see what happens... Printy6 app is very easy to use. I was not able to change the font for each word as I had hoped. This is my first design with no stress was worth it!

My shoemaker let me down think god I found printy6, the app is great the design part could be a little better if it had zoom and a duplicate item button then it would be perfect.

Great quality sneakers, speedy production, and the printing is impeccable. But test your own, it took me 2 pairs to figure out what I was doing wrong. Even still they turned out excellent. Shipping is very reasonably priced and very fast with International Priority. I'm in Toronto, Canada. I can get samples within 10-days, ish. Customer service is very helpful. I'm extremely happy and would highly recommend Printy6.

UPDATE: Printy6 is probably a small supplier. Because vacation or not, there is no excuse to continue accepting orders, charging money, and then failing to meet your own production deadlines. There is no excuse for ignoring support emails, and answering some of them 3 weeks late, and the replies were below par, if not outright unacceptable. I offered Printy6 to refund and cancel the order, but they of course wanted to keep the money and fulfill the order late, and ignored this email. They offered no compensation, no way to recover from their mistake. Moreover, the print quality was far from great, I would say borderline acceptable. If you are going on vacation, you should notify the users, and not accept any new orders. If we fail to meet the deadlines we give to our customers, we need to refund and suffer the cost. Printy6 did nothing to mitigate this situation, because "what can you do". Right? We are now using JetPrint for all our shoes manufacturing, and we more pleased with the results and customer support, however they are not perfect as well. In summary, Printy6 is a real app (so I upped them from 1 star to 2), but not a very good one in our experience, and they did nothing to win us back. Absolutely nothing. US suppliers know what US customers expect ("customer is always right"), and Printy6 did not help us achieve that level of customer satisfaction. Shame.

Very bad this application. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE. This application really for my concept is not recommended for anyone, since I made an order more than a month ago and it has not yet reached my client, I contacted support and they do not give me an answer on the status of my order.

I placed a sample order with multiple items on Feb. 07 2021. The order has been is Scheduling status and hasn't changed. I've sent support multiple emails because that's the only form of contact option given. Still have not received a response. At this point I want to cancel my order and once again there's no option to do so. I know from recent experience other print on demand companies are easy to contact and ordering, production and shipping process was simple. This company is being promoted by Shopify but is definitely not operating with integrity. Can someone assist me with this issue.

Our business is extremely dissatisfied with this provider. The very first order that was made and shipped to a customer had a mismatching color. Another review described it very well: "bleached" colors. Thats exactly what happened to the order. Two weeks went by, two emails were sent (the only method of communication) and there's no response at all. This app has damaged the respectability of the brand, cost us money and time. Wouldn't recommend.

I use this App to design items for my store. I particularly like the clock as it will go great in my Watch/Clock collection. I would like to have one vendor for both items, except printy6 does not sell WATCHES, claim you do but can't locate them. I like the products here. I get clothing, boots, and phone grippers cheaper elsewhere. It's all about the benjamins.

I was a fan of this app, but now I'm extremely disappointed. They don't have the option to "sample", so when my customer got their order, they were extremely unhappy with the result. It had "bleach damage" or discolorations on the print, and the item was not like it was presented on the app. This caused my logo to be misprinted and the item looks amateurish. This has done irreparable damage to my brand. I've contacted this company, and it's been about a week with no response. Please avoid if you can.
