Social Snowball has been incredibly helpful in getting our affiliate program up and running, and we’ve been very happy with the platform and results so far! Katie and her team have been amazing — friendly, professional, and so supportive throughout the entire process. I was truly impressed by the level of care and support she provided. 10/10 would recommend!

I don’t know where I would be without Tara! She saved my affiliate program which kinda saved my life. For weeks I was struggling to figure out what was wrong with the Payout feature and just couldn’t get it to work. Then Tara stepped in and set everything up properly so that all of the features work and she explained it all in the most thorough way possible. I really appreciate it!! Now my program is running smoothly and I’m ready to take it to the next level. Thanks so much Tara!! I'm not sure what Social Snowball is paying you, but you deserve a raise!

We’ve been using Social Snowball for a few weeks, and I’m impressed! It's intuitive and makes managing affiliate campaigns incredibly easy. The support team is quick to respond if you need help. It’s perfect for growing businesses that want to scale their affiliate marketing efforts efficiently. Highly recommend it!

We ran into some technical issues and our account manager Mals looped in Ani from their dev team who jumped on a call in the evening and helped resolve all of the issues plus more, and we did a follow up call the next day to ensure all was set up and running smoothly again. Super company and support!

This platform can be confusing at first but my Rep Zohaib was the most caring and genuine person I could have asked for. It seemed as though he really acres about the product and is going above and beyond of what I am asking to get set up and answer my questions.

Great platform for Affiliate marketing with good segmenting, analytics and process to payment. Support is second to none with ongoing learnings and optimisations. Shoutout to Mals for her continued support on the account and implementing clear structure and process as well as helping scale our business by 10x

I was about to leave Snowball, before reaching out to Customer Service. I didn't think it was the right platform me and my company, but Mirna from customer service reached out, asked me my needs and wants, and helped me get Snowball dialed in for my companies needs. Saved themselves a customer! 10/10 service.
