We ran into some technical issues and our account manager Mals looped in Ani from their dev team who jumped on a call in the evening and helped resolve all of the issues plus more, and we did a follow up call the next day to ensure all was set up and running smoothly again. Super company and support!

This platform can be confusing at first but my Rep Zohaib was the most caring and genuine person I could have asked for. It seemed as though he really acres about the product and is going above and beyond of what I am asking to get set up and answer my questions.

Great platform for Affiliate marketing with good segmenting, analytics and process to payment. Support is second to none with ongoing learnings and optimisations. I was about to leave Snowball, before reaching out to Customer Service. I didn't think it was the right platform me and my company, but Mirna from customer service reached out, asked me my needs and wants, and helped me get Snowball dialed in for my companies needs. Saved themselves a customer! 10/10 service.

Social Snowball has been an incredible platform to use. Seamless to onboard, use, and scale our affiliates. Mals has been THE BEST communicator on the Social Snowball team and helps us on a daily basis if we need questions answered. She took a call at 1AM EST the other day, lol! Social Snowball rocks.

This is a super cool tool that our company is so excited about. We had a few bumps as our website is headless but our rep Maxwell Lewis has done an amazing job supporting us all throughout the way! Such a helpful and great guy showing us all the features SS has to offer! Thank you Max :)
