We ran into some technical issues and our account manager Mals looped in Ani from their dev team who jumped on a call in the evening and helped resolve all of the issues plus more, and we did a follow up call the next day to ensure all was set up and running smoothly again. Super company and support!

This platform can be confusing at first but my Rep Zohaib was the most caring and genuine person I could have asked for. It seemed as though he really acres about the product and is going above and beyond of what I am asking to get set up and answer my questions.

Signed up for Snowball about 2 months ago but had some massive personal set backs in my personal life that pulled me away from being able to get things synched up and moving for our affiliate program.
