SoldLive: FB & IG Live Selling

I'm not a "review-writer". I should be, but honestly running a business is busy work and I don't take the time like I should. That said, I wanted to share my experience with Joe & the SoldLive app because of the valuable impact it has had on our business. We have a unique selling model with a network of affiliates across the US. This is the only social media live selling app that has successfully met our needs and worked with our other systems (shopify, commission apps, etc.) how we need it to. This is in large part to the hard work and extra time that Joe has dedicated to help us tweak it to our very particular specs. Not to mention the many built-in features that allow for lots of options. I am incredibly appreciative of the time he takes to help us and his willingness to always hop on a call and flush through our issues or needs in record time. He is creative and always thinking about what's next. I love how this app has helped up to grow our business and am excited for all of the potential it has. Our customers of all ages are able to understand and utilize the comment-selling features with ease. They are also always working to add new features or benefits. We are a small company that does not expect this level of individual support so we really value developers who see us as more than just a subscription. Thanks Joe!

I love this app and what it provides. It makes owning a business easier by giving you an automation that is easy to use. It makes navigating social media a snap because I do Not have to actually post and invoice daily. Sold live does it all for me!

I love the fact that SoldLive keeps track of my inventory. I don't have to worry about customers having to register to checkout. They can check out on Facebook or Instagram. This product is simple and easy. Cons I don't have anything I don't like about this product. Once you purchase, it is a game changer.

We have used SoldLive for a while now and we love (as do our customers) that you don’t have to make a separate account. Everything comes straight to your messenger which makes it so easy! Any time we have an issue, Joe jump right onto a zoom call with us to trouble shoot! The overlay feature has been a game changer for us as we don’t have to repeat the “number” for people to claim

I have been using SoldLive for over a year and it is one of the best business decisions I have made. This app saves me so much time from manual invoicing. Joe is extremely helpful and always coming up with new changes to the app to make selling easier. My customers love that I can go back to verify whether they have previously purchased an item. I wholeheartedly recommend SoldLive.

I have been using Comment Sold and giving a try to SoldLIve because Joe has been resolving all doubts and issues all the time. The app is really easy to use and with the new features that they have developed, we will be able to send a notification to all our subscribers every time that we go live, like we used to do with comment sold. I haven't used it yet, but I will come back with an update soon.

If you sell live on Facebook this app is the best. On average my live sales generate 30 to 60 sales. It use to take me 2 days just to bill my customers. Now I am getting paid for orders within minutes after the live sale ends. My customers love the fact they can see what they purchased right away. I no long have to decide who gets the item when I only have a few. Joe is very helpful, answered my questions very quickly. So many great features! With the time I save I can do more sales!

We are really liking the SoldLive app...we are former CS users and our customers like that they can comment a number and not have to put their size out there. We like how easy it is to use and know that this app will just keep getting better and better. We have a few requests and once those are added this will be a 5-star app!

I've been using SoldLive while selling #SuperCute accessories on Facebook and Instagram (@AccentMyOutfit) for some months now. It has made my invoicing SUCH a breeze! My customers can watch their carts while they shop and. Heck out at their leisure without waiting for me to send the invoice. I love it!! Joe is always super helpful and available to answer my questions or even do a minor customization to make selling easier for me. Highly recommend!

I wish I would have known about the app sooner! Since having the app I have regained my time spent invoicing customers. No More Invoicing!! Now the app does it for me automatically as customers comment their numbers. It's a gamechanger for my business and I'm thankful for the customer service provided by Joe. I had a few hiccups getting started but now that I'm in, no regrets! Get started now.

I know what you are thinking, "Why do I need SoldLive?" For me, SoldLive has single-handedly resolved my invoicing issue without me having to hire someone. The only thing I have to do is scan each item while I am live and educate my customers to drop the desired number in the comments. The app does everything else!! I especially love the option to have unpaid invoices automatically canceled after a specified amount of time. Just...AMAZING!!!!!

We went with SoldLive because it was going to be easier for our customers to use without resigning up to another app. We had some glitches at the beginning that may have been operator error but Joe was so patient and worked with us on Facebook to help streamline the audio/video. We love to support new small companies.

Best app out there! This app alone has saved me HOURS of time on invoicing and made it much easier for my customers to claim. No more jumping off-site and taking a hit on sales or huge app fees - Sold Live is everything you need to help your customers buy quickly and easily.

This app has helped me auto info is for my livestream sales and made it efficient and saves me time processing orders. Only thing I wish I could have control over is adjusting the picture to fit the preview overlay better

This has been an extremely helpful app that allowed us to pivot from brick and mortar during Covid, and continue our business without stopping during the closures, the shutdowns and our eventual store closure and physical move. Through it all, we did live sales on FB with SoldLive and kept on going. 2.5 YEARS later, and we have shifted primarily to become an online store and Facebook Live sellers, AND we are still in business despite numerous challenges! Our entire staff says THANK YOU, JOE!! You've been an amazing and responsive app owner, always ready to help and problem-solve, and reassure us, especially as our business was dependent on online and FB sales for a large measure of time.
