SoldLive: FB & IG Live Selling

I had been researching for commenting systems to help me streamline my invoicing plus to serve as an easy transition for my customers. After six months I decided to try SoldLive. It was the best decision for my business. It is very easy and simple to use. I recommend SoldLive to any busy that uses social media as a shopping platform. It is a great administrative tool to assist with back-office functions. Joe and his team provide excellent customer service and provide one on one zoom trainings as well as YouTube videos. SoldLive has been a great addition to my Shopify website. The automated draft invoices, reminders, and waitlist capabilities have saved me an enormous amount of time to be able to do other things with my business. The installation of the app was very simple and quick and I have been able to use the app with no issues.

Absolutely AMAZING! I chose this over commentsold because customers do not have to register, they checkout directly on my website! Which is great for up selling! Customers love it as well!!!!! I’m am soo impressed that I have direct communication with Joe. That is seriously HUGE!

I use this app to help me with my invoicing process. I love this app because it saves me time, and because it's directly connected to my Shopify store I can go live and send traffic to my store all at the same time. I also love that I can choose a day and time that all carts will expire, and I can have all numbers match my sku (location) numbers here at my warehouse to easily find product while filling orders, but I ultimately love this app because my customers love it. My customers love that they don't have to register, and they love being able to see and alter their carts as they wish, this helps them to remember what they have claimed and to know where they are in their spending budget. Thank you Joe for your patience and time with me, you are awesome ! I definitely recommend the SoldLive app!

I have been using this app for almost a year. I love it because I go live on Facebook and have a Shopify website. I don’t have to worry about double selling items because when I seek it on my Facebook live. The app will update my inventory on my website.

This app has turned my invoicing process into a breeze. In the past I would hand invoice customers. SoldLive does all of the heavy lifting for me. My customers also love the app and its ease of ordering as well as having more control over their purchasing experience. Customer service, Joe, has been top notch. I would definitely recommend SoldLive for your live sales business.

What do you like best? This app is easy to navigate. Simple to set up and any issues we have, Joe is quickly to respond. Highly recommend buying the scanner. It will change your life!!! Saves time and energy which makes your lives run so much smoother. We've been using this APP for 9 months and it's the perfect addition to my store, customers love it as well- So much that they have nicknamed the system "Robo Roots". Customer service on their end is exceptional, always head of the game and looking to improve. Very satisfied and highly recommended. The features are always updating to satisfy everyone's needs. What do you dislike? Any issues that we've had, Joe has found a way to fix it. The only set back is our customers can't shop our live and the website at the same time with the same cart. We have tried several apps for selling on FB. This has been the best one we have tried. Their pricing is affordable for smaller boutiques! The overlays are professional and the dashboard is easy to manage. They are open to suggestions for improvements and cannot wait to see what else they can do! If we have had any issues, they have been very responsive to fix! We are so happy to have found this app!!!

I would give this app 10 stars if I could!! It was so easy to get set up and ready for our Live Sale. Invoices were being paid before I was even done answering questions - and this use to take me days to read through every comment and manually send out invoices. This app is a game changer - now I have more time to spend creating new product to have sales more often! Thank you Joe!!

Joe & the Comment Selling team is amazing! The most excellent customer service. Always prompt in helping resolve any questions or answers, and checks in to make sure everything is running smoothly. The app itself is fantastic! Very streamline, easy to use for both the retailer and the customer, which allows more interaction with your customers. Saves a massive amount of time invoicing, and keeps inventory counts up to date. The new live overlay for selling is another amazing feature that keeps the online/live shopping experience fun and simple!

This app has been so helpful to me as a small business in aiding with live sales, I found the price afordable for smaller retailers and the help desk is very quick to respond with any questions Ive had! They also check in periodically to check in on the efficiency of their app. Give it a try! I'm glad I did!

Love this app! There was a bit of a learning curve in terms of how my POS software integrated with Shopify and then the app...infact after the first 2 weeks I got frustrated and hastily said I wanted to cancel. Joe was awesome and helped me to trouble shoot. Weeks 3 and 4 have been amazing! I am so happy I stuck with it! This has saved me hours and hours of time doing manual invoices! Get it and stick with it. You will not be sorry!

UPDATE 4/9/21: We were privileged to be a part of their BETA program for overlays and just did a live shopping broadcast last night using their new, very easy to use overlay functionality from our phone. Previously we were streaming through OBS with hi-res webcam (if you don't know what that is, it's not important), but not only is it so much easier using a smart phone, but we no longer struggle with the focus issues of a webcam. So-- if you're a retailer and not doing live shopping events, you really need to explore this great alternative sales channel that will add a new revenue stream that is too valuable to pass up. We just jumped in and we've been building a loyal audience with our weekly broadcasts. What we've found is not only are customers enjoying purchasing during the broadcasts, many customers become aware of the store by virtue of the fact that we do these broadcasts. Keeping your customers engaged is so important and this is just one more GREAT way to do that. Oh- and Joe/Lars have been absolutely awesome in both answering questions and being immediately responsive when needed. Love love love this tool! You will too! We just did our first FB Live event using this app and it went surprisingly well. We've considered Comment Sold as many of our retail colleagues have decided to use. As we are a Shopify store (both web and POS), sending customers to another platform as Comment Sold was not something we wanted to do. That's what's great about this app - it keeps everyone in the same ecosystem. From the customer side, it seems everything went smoothly. On our side, we had full transparency into carts as they were being built. What we discovered was that we could edit draft carts for the few customers who had problems (wrong variant, missing a product that wanted, etc.) The reminder messages to customers appears to have been effective as we only had one customer not follow through with checkout. Sold.as FB's fee is reasonable compared to Comment Sold and I've found their support to be very responsive and helpful. Mellow Monkey fully recommends this app to anyone looking to manage orders on Facebook Live. If you're not already doing FB Live shopping sessions, you're missing out on a nice revenue stream to complement your B&M and/or web business. Just jump in and give it a try! We did!

Updated review: I have been with SoldLive since seems like the beginning and I am absolutely blown away by them. They have continued to make improvements and I will say all of the improvements have made an impact on my business in a positive way. I love how it is connected to Shopify and my customers have no issue using this system. I am very happy with this app. Last week it worked like clockwork. I sold and believe it or not my customers paid in full by my 11 pm cut-off time. We had all items bagged and ready to pick up by 11 pm and I was home. Saves me time on invoicing and bagging items just for ppl to forget about invoice and not picking up items. Joe is always an email away to if you have any questions and is always super helpful.

This app has been amazing for my business! Not only does it save me tons of time from manually invoicing, but it helps make sure my customers get the items they want before they sell out. The autobot feature is wonderful in that it gives the customer the options to choose sizing and color/variant without having to search for what sizes are available. The waitlist feature and auto reminder is great too. It definitely saves you from hunting down the customer for payment. Now that this has the group capability, it's so helpful! My girls are loving the ease of use and I am loving the time saved!! My favorite part of the app is that there is no need for your customer to register with another account or site. They simply click the "sold.as" link once, approve comment selling, and you're good to go from there on out. Definitely easier and more customer compliant than other systems! Thanks Joe and the Team!
