Best app out there! This app alone has saved me HOURS of time on invoicing and made it much easier for my customers to claim. No more jumping off-site and taking a hit on sales or huge app fees - Sold Live is everything you need to help your customers buy quickly and easily.

I am happy with this app. I resisted the technology for a long time, but my live sales took too much time with invoicing. This app is simple to use and the staff is helpful, responding to questions quickly.

This app is definitely a game-changer for my business. I no longer have to spend hours sending invoices, going back and forth with customers to remove items that they've claimed, or constantly informing them of all of the items they've claimed. This app has not only given me my time back but has also helped me organize my inventory with a numbering system. The support is 100% unlike any other apps that I've used, Joe is amazing with his communication and availability to assist. I've received nothing but positive feedback from my customers since switching to this app, they love it and how it gives them control which enhances their experience.

This app has helped me auto info is for my livestream sales and made it efficient and saves me time processing orders. Only thing I wish I could have control over is adjusting the picture to fit the preview overlay better

Absolute game-changer! Hard stop. Period. I was so happy to be introduced to this product by one of my fellow Paparazzi consultants. Since I work a full-time job, I need systems to help me save time, and SoldLIVE is doing exactly what it's supposed to do! The app is always up-to-date. To add a cherry on top, Joe, the app developer, customer service skills are top tier. He's 100% involved and always willing to help. I recommend this app to business owners who are fed up and tired of doing things manually. Automated invoices are a game-changer for your business.

I sell jewelry! The system is very simple. My customers love it! They have control of their cart. I am loving the invoicing system! Stress free. More time to organize and get ready for the next day. The album sale, customers can type the number and the cart generates. How simple is that. I am enjoying this system!!

This has been an extremely helpful app that allowed us to pivot from brick and mortar during Covid, and continue our business without stopping during the closures, the shutdowns and our eventual store closure and physical move. Through it all, we did live sales on FB with SoldLive and kept on going. 2.5 YEARS later, and we have shifted primarily to become an online store and Facebook Live sellers, AND we are still in business despite numerous challenges! Our entire staff says THANK YOU, JOE!! You've been an amazing and responsive app owner, always ready to help and problem-solve, and reassure us, especially as our business was dependent on online and FB sales for a large measure of time. If you are looking for a live selling overlay system without breaking the bank this is it! It integrates so easily with Shopify so you don’t have to use an outside source like comment sold or buy it live. Plus they don’t screw you with tons of fees! Joe is super helpful at customer support. Definitely recommend this app as the best option for Shopify users looking for an overlay & automatic invoice system!

I had been researching for commenting systems to help me streamline my invoicing plus to serve as an easy transition for my customers. After six months I decided to try SoldLive. It was the best decision for my business. It is very easy and simple to use. I recommend SoldLive to any busy that uses social media as a shopping platform. It is a great administrative tool to assist with back-office functions. Joe and his team provide excellent customer service and provide one on one zoom trainings as well as YouTube videos. I used this app to help me do Invoicing . I LOVE this app because it gives me more time to focus on other areas of my business . Also this apps help minimize mistakes and helps keep inventory errors to a minimum. Customer service is AWESOME ‼️

Jess was wonderful in walking me through the steps needed for using the Overlay with scanning device. She is very patient, understanding and most importantly never makes you feel that your not important. Also, I have found that the app itself is making me become more organized with my inventory. When going live the inventory is numbered, invoicing is done and life is much easier. I highly recommend this app.

SoldLive has been a great addition to my Shopify website. The automated draft invoices, reminders, and waitlist capabilities have saved me an enormous amount of time to be able to do other things with my business. The installation of the app was very simple and quick and I have been able to use the app with no issues.

Absolutely AMAZING! I chose this over commentsold because customers do not have to register, they checkout directly on my website! Which is great for up selling! Customers love it as well!!!!! I’m am soo impressed that I have direct communication with Joe. That is seriously HUGE!

I use the app to streamline my invoicing process. The customer service that Joe provides is unsurpassed. Features I like customers comment on the live and an invoice is automatically generated. The best features are my customers can watch the replay of my LIVE and still comment and get invoices as if they were watching it LIVE. Also, being able to do preorders by posting a picture the customers can comment and be put on a waiting list until the product arrives.

I use this app to help me with my invoicing process. I love this app because it saves me time, and because it's directly connected to my Shopify store I can go live and send traffic to my store all at the same time. I also love that I can choose a day and time that all carts will expire, and I can have all numbers match my sku (location) numbers here at my warehouse to easily find product while filling orders, but I ultimately love this app because my customers love it. My customers love that they don't have to register, and they love being able to see and alter their carts as they wish, this helps them to remember what they have claimed and to know where they are in their spending budget. Thank you Joe for your patience and time with me, you are awesome ! I definitely recommend the SoldLive app!

I have been using SoldLive for about 18 months. There were glitches and hang ups with the system that I worked through with the developer. My frustrations with this app have occurred in the last 6 months. In exchange for positive reviews I was given access to new features such as sku claims being anywhere in the comments for my customers. We all loved the new features and became accustomed to them only for them to be taken away. When I sent a ticket to the help desk due to the sku claim feature not working I was told it was now only available on a higher priced plan. In my opinion, this was a bait and switch. At no time when new features have been rolled out in the monthly emails was it stated they were for a limited time or that they were not part of the plan I was enrolled in. I lost sales because I did not realize the feature had been taken away and customer claims were not being added to their carts. Very unprofessional to not state upfront that access was limited. I recently received another email on 4/17/23 for an upgraded feature (multiple automatic product postings per day) and asked if I would like it. I replied yes and immediately received a response and access. When I inquired if it was part of my plan or if access would be for a limited time my email went unanswered and is still unanswered to this day 12 days later. It is time for my business to move on to another platform that is a better fit.
Olivia, We appreciate you sharing your experience with SoldLive. We always grandfather every customer on the pricing plan they signed up with. However I can confirm that we offered you access to experimental beta features that we had to take away from you later. Some of those features turned out to be too expensive or problematic to offer to everyone, and we made the decision to only make them available on our Business or Scale plans when they came out of beta. We apologize for the inconvenience and frustration that caused you as a beta tester. We learned a valuable lesson from working with you, which is to not offer beta features (ex simultaneous streaming to FB + IG) to our most loyal customers without explicitly stating that it may not be part of the plan you're on when the feature comes out of beta. We no longer have any beta testing programs or support any customizations outside of our 3 standard plans because of this experience. Thank you for teaching us this lesson. Regarding asking for reviews, we only ever asked for honest reviews on G2 or Getapp. We never incentivize for reviews on our Shopify app listing page. Regarding your inquiry about multiple posts, we apologize for missing your email. That was around the time I was hired to take over customer support and your email may have fallen through the cracks. I respond to every email inquiry within 24-48 hours now. Thank you again for using SoldLive for 18 months. And we wish you the best in your Paparazzi business! Joy

This app has been a game changer for not only my customers but my time behind the scenes. It’s super user friendly and Joe is amazing at communicating and problem solving with any and all questions or concerns. I have been using this app for almost a year. I love it because I go live on Facebook and have a Shopify website. I don’t have to worry about double selling items because when I seek it on my Facebook live. The app will update my inventory on my website.
