I have been using SoldLive for about 18 months. There were glitches and hang ups with the system that I worked through with the developer. My frustrations with this app have occurred in the last 6 months. In exchange for positive reviews I was given access to new features such as sku claims being anywhere in the comments for my customers. We all loved the new features and became accustomed to them only for them to be taken away. When I sent a ticket to the help desk due to the sku claim feature not working I was told it was now only available on a higher priced plan. In my opinion, this was a bait and switch. At no time when new features have been rolled out in the monthly emails was it stated they were for a limited time or that they were not part of the plan I was enrolled in. I lost sales because I did not realize the feature had been taken away and customer claims were not being added to their carts. Very unprofessional to not state upfront that access was limited. I recently received another email on 4/17/23 for an upgraded feature (multiple automatic product postings per day) and asked if I would like it. I replied yes and immediately received a response and access. When I inquired if it was part of my plan or if access would be for a limited time my email went unanswered and is still unanswered to this day 12 days later. It is time for my business to move on to another platform that is a better fit.

It was a coordinated attack from a group of abusive merchants from the same multi-level marketing company. These sellers were known to abuse other software vendors, and were banned from multiple apps including SoldLive. All 3 MLM sellers are now out of business.

This app has been a game changer for not only my customers but my time behind the scenes. It’s super user friendly and Joe is amazing at communicating and problem solving with any and all questions or concerns. My customers LOVE this new way to shop and I can’t wait to see how it helps me grow my business this year! Thank you for an amazing app!

So far we out store just signed up and our clients love the app. The fact that we don’t have to manually invoice every customer is a game changer! Joe is most helpful and respectful of time. Thank you

I have been using this app for almost a year. I love it because I go live on Facebook and have a Shopify website. I don’t have to worry about double selling items because when I seek it on my Facebook live. The app will update my inventory on my website.

I am very new to shopify and SoldLive. I used the overlay feature for the first time and my customers loved it. They loved seeing the number, because many like to shop without the volume on . It was very clean, crisp, and easy to read. I did not use the scanner feature but it was very easy to maneuver to the next item on my laptop.

This app has turned my invoicing process into a breeze. In the past I would hand invoice customers. SoldLive does all of the heavy lifting for me. My customers also love the app and its ease of ordering as well as having more control over their purchasing experience. Customer service, Joe, has been top notch. I would definitely recommend SoldLive for your live sales business.

I loved this app when it was first presented to me, but quickly learned it wasn’t what was marketed to me. I felt used for information to make this like a larger app C.S. Developer was super helpful at first, but his attitude was condescending and we were told our problems and questions were too much to handle. I prefer to invoice manually now vs being put down like that.

What do you like best? This app is easy to navigate. Simple to set up and any issues we have, Joe is quickly to respond. Highly recommend buying the scanner. It will change your life!!! Saves time and energy which makes your lives run so much smoother. We've been using this APP for 9 months and it's the perfect addition to my store, customers love it as well- So much that they have nicknamed the system "Robo Roots". Customer service on their end is exceptional, always head of the game and looking to improve. Very satisfied and highly recommended. The features are always updating to satisfy everyone's needs. What do you dislike? Any issues that we've had, Joe has found a way to fix it. The only set back is our customers can't shop our live and the website at the same time with the same cart. If you're hesitant about this APP, don't be. DOWNLOAD NOW.

This has been a game changer for my business! Zero invoicing needed!! Super easy for the seller and the customers. Joe is incredibly helpful while launching and making sure everything works. He is always open to feedback. This is a must have app!

I used this system for almost 18 months. The first 6 months went really well for the need of my store, collaborating with the developer, however, the service and quality has declined. Was offered to test new features and later those features were removed without notice and only being offered on a higher plan. Unfortunately in the last couple months, communication has been very poor and unprofessional at times. Many times questions or concerns were brought forward and were ignored on initial request.

I love the FB live comment app. You don’t have to be live either to use it and it integrates with Shopify. I personally tried comment sold and not a fan at all. You can use it on your biz page and or group just by doing wall drops or going live. The creator of the app is super helpful too in setting it up and working together.

I love the simplicity of the system. It has been a game changer for my business and has saved me so much time on invoicing/shipping/fulfilling orders. I love that my customers can check out at any time as well as holds their cart for the extended period. I was looking at other systems similar to SoldLive, but couldn't justify the price for the features. This is at a great price point with some great features!

This has been an amazing addition to my Shopify store. One of the best investments I've made to allow for more time freedom! Joe has been incredible to work with! Highly recommend to anyone wanting to take invoicing out of their weekly schedule!

We have tried several apps for selling on FB. This has been the best one we have tried. Their pricing is affordable for smaller boutiques! The overlays are professional and the dashboard is easy to manage. They are open to suggestions for improvements and cannot wait to see what else they can do! If we have had any issues, they have been very responsive to fix! We are so happy to have found this app!!!

I use the SoldLive app to get my customers invoice in their hands while their purchase is fresh on their mind. I like how my customers can get off the live and pay their invoice even if I am not done with the live show. It also helps me tremendously with inventory management. What I love the most about the app is that, as a business owner, it helps me to spend more time with my family instead of manually creating and sending invoices after a live show. I get to walk away after my live and let the app do the rest, even for replay viewers! I enjoy this app!

Boss Beauty Bling Accessories Very user friendly. Support is always available and ready to help. My customers comment, get a msg, their cart is started and they checkout after my live show. No more tedious individual invoicing. No more missing a sale because I didn't see a comment in my Facebook group. I have more organization with my inventory now and I'm able to see what my customers are buying. The app integrates with Shopify. I can do everything I need to do for my business all in one place. I am enjoying the ease of this app. It's a game changer for my small business.

I would give this app 10 stars if I could!! It was so easy to get set up and ready for our Live Sale. Invoices were being paid before I was even done answering questions - and this use to take me days to read through every comment and manually send out invoices. This app is a game changer - now I have more time to spend creating new product to have sales more often! Thank you Joe!!

SoldLive is the BEST app that I've used through Shopify! Preparing for and carrying out our Live Shows used to take 2-3 days. Now with the SoldLive app, I have absolutely no prep work and no invoicing to do. Using this app has saved us so much time and effort. It is super simple to use and the customer support is AMAZING!
