Needing to streamline my process, get back my time from creating invoices and watching live replay to confirm I didn't miss any claims during my live shows and to capture new claims. I wanted a system that will easily integrate with my Shopify store and I can across the app SoldLIVE. The setup process was QUICK and SIMPLE. Immediately capturing album and live sale comments minimizing overselling. Bonus feature the WAITLIST on sold out items is GREAT! Great customer service, timely response in getting questions answered with action taken to resolve the issue. Always asked if I have any feedback based on my experience as to what functions, I would like to have added/removed to better expand the dashboard capability is always a PLUS...

This App saves me SO much time invoicing. It allows me to spend more time doing income producing activies and/or providing the flexibility to spend more time with my family. I am really impressed with the fact I don't have to go back to previous live shows or picture sales to find items that are claimed. The app does it for me! The only "con" I have at the moment is it captures my picture sale claims inconsistently. With that being said, Joe is going above and beyond to help fix this for me and help it suit my needs. Thank you Joe!

This app has been so helpful to me as a small business in aiding with live sales, I found the price afordable for smaller retailers and the help desk is very quick to respond with any questions Ive had! They also check in periodically to check in on the efficiency of their app. Give it a try! I'm glad I did!

This app is so beneficial if you sell on Facebook live! It makes invoicing so easy and the support is always so helpful. This app is always improving and adding features. They listen when you voice your opinion and always try to help as quick as possible

This app is amazing - the most comprehensive facebook live-selling app we have seen. I would give it 10 stars if I can. Sharing my favourite aspects of the app. [1] PREPARATION: Reduces preparation time from 2 days to less than half a day with the "auto-tagging feature in the app" [2] ACTUAL STREAMING The overlay function is so helpful. Shoppers loved this feature and we received significantly lesser comments asking what the code was. When variants are sold out, it is automatically "striked off" in the overlay option, so we know to move on. [3] WAITLIST Customers receive an acknowledgement even if item is out of stock. So we tell our customers that no PM = wrong code typed. [4] AFTER SALES Because the checkout process was so seamlessly integrated with Shopify, 95% of invoices sent during the live were paid and converted. This is the HIGHEST rate we have had after trying more than 3 apps. [5] SUPPORT Despite a 12 hour time difference, Joe has been providing extremely fast support and clearing the doubts very comprehensively. Thank you!

I have used this app for about 6 months now doing lives for my small business. We have had great success with this app and now they offer overlays for their lives which makes my life so much easier with little prep for my live on facebook. I am very thankful for comment sold and my customers are loving it!

Newer app still building and working on adding all the perfect pieces. They are very quick to make adjustments and try to make the best features possible. Super beneficial for automated invoicing and much better price than competitors. I have tried several automated invoicing systems and this is turning into a great one!

This app has made it possible for me to host Live Sales even though my business is a one-man (woman) show... there is no way I could manage the invoicing and the multiple claims on each item without this app. The live sales are still relatively new for me, but I am watching my average sales grow quickly in the last 3 weeks alone. Joe is a great support when you need help.

Being in Canada - it was not easy to find an app that would work for comment selling/invoicing. From my first experience with the app and the customer service of Joe I have been blown away. Any glitches along the way he has helped to solve them. Set up was super easy. Before I would spend hours invoicing and now when I go live for my Sip and Shops I can easily invoice through this program 100+ orders a day. The instock feature is great too. The auto tagging! This is a app you need in your business.

Love this app! There was a bit of a learning curve in terms of how my POS software integrated with Shopify and then the app...infact after the first 2 weeks I got frustrated and hastily said I wanted to cancel. Joe was awesome and helped me to trouble shoot. Weeks 3 and 4 have been amazing! I am so happy I stuck with it! This has saved me hours and hours of time doing manual invoices! Get it and stick with it. You will not be sorry!

UPDATE 4/9/21: We were privileged to be a part of their BETA program for overlays and just did a live shopping broadcast last night using their new, very easy to use overlay functionality from our phone. Previously we were streaming through OBS with hi-res webcam (if you don't know what that is, it's not important), but not only is it so much easier using a smart phone, but we no longer struggle with the focus issues of a webcam. So-- if you're a retailer and not doing live shopping events, you really need to explore this great alternative sales channel that will add a new revenue stream that is too valuable to pass up. We just jumped in and we've been building a loyal audience with our weekly broadcasts. What we've found is not only are customers enjoying purchasing during the broadcasts, many customers become aware of the store by virtue of the fact that we do these broadcasts. Keeping your customers engaged is so important and this is just one more GREAT way to do that. Oh- and Joe/Lars have been absolutely awesome in both answering questions and being immediately responsive when needed. Love love love this tool! You will too! We just did our first FB Live event using this app and it went surprisingly well. We've considered Comment Sold as many of our retail colleagues have decided to use. As we are a Shopify store (both web and POS), sending customers to another platform as Comment Sold was not something we wanted to do. That's what's great about this app - it keeps everyone in the same ecosystem. From the customer side, it seems everything went smoothly. On our side, we had full transparency into carts as they were being built. What we discovered was that we could edit draft carts for the few customers who had problems (wrong variant, missing a product that wanted, etc.) The reminder messages to customers appears to have been effective as we only had one customer not follow through with checkout. Sold.as FB's fee is reasonable compared to Comment Sold and I've found their support to be very responsive and helpful. Mellow Monkey fully recommends this app to anyone looking to manage orders on Facebook Live. If you're not already doing FB Live shopping sessions, you're missing out on a nice revenue stream to complement your B&M and/or web business. Just jump in and give it a try! We did!

Joe and his team have been super helpful and attentive. We had a need outside of their app and they worked hard to add it on. We use the app to run our facebook live sales and saves so much time not having to read comments and send invoices.

Updated review: I have been with SoldLive since seems like the beginning and I am absolutely blown away by them. They have continued to make improvements and I will say all of the improvements have made an impact on my business in a positive way. I love how it is connected to Shopify and my customers have no issue using this system. I am very happy with this app. Last week it worked like clockwork. I sold and believe it or not my customers paid in full by my 11 pm cut-off time. We had all items bagged and ready to pick up by 11 pm and I was home. Saves me time on invoicing and bagging items just for ppl to forget about invoice and not picking up items. Joe is always an email away to if you have any questions and is always super helpful.

This app has been amazing for my business! Not only does it save me tons of time from manually invoicing, but it helps make sure my customers get the items they want before they sell out. The autobot feature is wonderful in that it gives the customer the options to choose sizing and color/variant without having to search for what sizes are available. The waitlist feature and auto reminder is great too. It definitely saves you from hunting down the customer for payment. Now that this has the group capability, it's so helpful! My girls are loving the ease of use and I am loving the time saved!! My favorite part of the app is that there is no need for your customer to register with another account or site. They simply click the "sold.as" link once, approve comment selling, and you're good to go from there on out. Definitely easier and more customer compliant than other systems! Thanks Joe and the Team! A must for facebook lives! This app has been easy for me to set up and use and easy for my shoppers to use. The customer service is AMAZING!!! Joe has been on it! He's helped me set up and use the app, checked in with me along the way with continued support, even met with me virtually to answer any questions I had. Wish all customer service was this good!

We started using this app in September and with any new adjustment and software there were some kinks to work out. Joe talked through everything with us round the clock and was adamant to even work over the weekend on our case to make sure we would be able to maximize sales in the coming week. The communication has always been very clear and we have gone back and forth with making sure everything is working perfect and to standard. Joe also checks in before I can even get back to him on an issue. He has even popped into a live sale we were having trouble with to troubleshoot on the spot. All in all, we love the simplicity of the app. We used a competing brand in the past and the insane fees and pricing was not worth the struggle of keeping the two very separate entities in sync. We love that this just integrates with Shopify to keep things streamlined, which the other software did not. Our customers have been very receptive as well. Overall would definitely recommend. When in doubt, ask questions, ask for help & it will be a great experience.
