I used this app to handle customer’s return requests and it has been great. Customer’s can handle return process with ease and I can approve or reject return requests with a simple click. I love the fact that I can just direct my customers to the returns center page to put in their order # and email to start their request. The returns center page easily integrates with my store and I was able to customize the important sections to fit my return policy. In the future, I hope they have support to create US return labels but so far so good!

Very nice app, works quite well, easy to install and use. One of the best thing is that it works within your website and your main top menu always stays where it is in the page where customers starts return process. With other apps I've tried, you lose your menu.

Nice app! Works well overall. I had a small glitch that was caused by entering two email addresses for return updates, but customer service helped me solve that rather quickly.

Great app for managing return, exchange, and credit requests. The app really streamlines the process for both you and the customer. You can customize so many form fields, page details, email templates, visual design, and return labels with easy. Thank you!

We were looking for a UK returns process and decided to go with Clicksit. It has been working well so far, setting up the returns process was easy, and the guys at the business have been friendly and helpful with our setup. They are keen to make the app work well for their clients and have been making improvements. I recommend them!

This app has streamlined our returns procedure and reduced our shipping cost for returned items using collect+ and there are no other hidden charges. Also nice and simply to use. Highly recommended.

There are few return management apps available but only handful provide such an user friendly/simple interface and support cost effective European courier services. Staff is such a friendly and helpful that 2 people volunteered to help me at weekend to sort out a minor issue. In short, a free working app, better service than many paid apps, helpful staff; what more anyone can ask for? Happy :)

After searching and downloading a couple of Apps, I found Clicksit and it was the easiest to use, so straightforward and really helpful staff. Have already recommended to 2 friends who have started their new stores and will continue to reccomend!

Very useful app to manage the return/exchange/credit requests. You can customize many fields, as well as the email templates and return labels. Support service is very very reactive. Thumbs up!

APP IS NOT WORKING!!!! I rely a lot on this application and it's not working right now. Please fix the issue asap or inform us if you are not working anymore.
Hi There, we did experience a very short period of downtime for certain clients here which has resulted in this review. We continue to improve, but downtime is extremely rare and continue to hit 99.9% on an annual basis.
