Excellent app. Easy to use and lots of great options to allow you to configure it to work for your scenario.

Had been using this app for 18 months on the agreement that we would get all the features in return for using their labels and setting up a direct debit to pay for those. Today, discovered that we were locked out as apparently, the Free plan has ended - the first we have heard of it. They claim there was a banner on the menu, well, we didn't see it, perhaps an email would have been better and more personal. Seems they expect us to now pay $50 per month, wow, what an increase! We are uninstalling the app now as we don't want to deal with a business that treats its loyal customers like this. Tempted to give one-star, but the app is good if you can justify the expense.

So far so good! We use this RMS frequently and it's easy enough. I appreciate all of the auto-generated emails, it's much easier to stay connected with a customer even after the return.

We were unaware of this app until we were contacted by one of their team, Jodie. Jodie was fantastic in explaining the app and providing a demo. She was on hand to provide after installation support. The app itself is very slick, blends into our own website and interface, making it comparable to some of the returns platform featured by high street brands. It has elevated our brand as one customers can trust. Top marks to the team and Jodie in particular.

The clicksit team was promt enough to resolve the issue very quickly . The service has been working smoothly till date apart from few tech glitches which were resolved quickly .

We've been using this app for around 2 weeks now. Good points; easy to setup, customise various things (like automated emails) & hold return info in one place. Can improve; system automatically started sending pre-paid returns labels, which we didn't realise would happen (quickly fixed by support) as we wanted a customer paid return.

Great so far - would definitely recommend. New features added regularly and makes managing and tracking returns a lot easier. Now, if people just knew what their bed size was before they ordered, that would really help our business.

This has really streamlined our returns process and I no longer have to track in excel. Thanks for making such a useful app for small businesses! I have an online clothing store for fuller bust women and naturally we get quite a few returns so it's useful to have an app to process it and keep on top of inventory.

If you want to offer a painless and friendly returns process to your customers, then look no further. The returns process is completely automated. We pay for the returns simply because it offers a good customer retention policy to do so and offering this service on your website also helps the prospective customer trust your site and shows that you have taken the time to offer a seamless returns process . Just make sure you update your terms and conditions to reflect same. To summarise: Your returns process will be simple, effective and most importantly less time consuming for you and your customers.

Hi I just want to say this app has been a life saver, my returns have never been more smooth, it is hassle free for the customer, my return rate has gone lower due to the confidence this provides.

It's great to be able to offer returns using Collect+ just like our bigger competitors do. The charges are really good and the app is very easy to use. Also the customers do most of the work so we can just sit back and wait for the items to be returned, allowing us to focus on growing our brand.

This app has really helped me with my small business. I have found the team extremely helpful and friendly! Jodie especially. They are available on live chat which is very useful, they help me set up the app and were very patient. I also just processed my first return, I wanted to hide the return address and just use a barcode..this was explained to me step by step! keep up the great work - some feedback, would be great to have the return address hidden with the print at home option! - I would highly recommend this app

The app does not work on safari does not work on mac, you need to download google chrome. I can’t tell you how many times customers tell me the app is down when they are trying to arrange returns. I’ve contacted support about this numerous times, nothing is ever done about it, this has been going on for 6 months. I’m currently sourcing a new returns center. I wouldn’t recommend
Hi Teeny Bumps, sorry for your experience here. The app does work on Safari, but it depends on your specific browser settings. Support has got in touch to assist with this, and will be able to get this resolved for you immediately. The return portal itself works across all browsers irrespective of a customers settings, and we have no reported downtime so we can explore any specific customer issues with you on a call. We have also carried out a major update of the app which is now complete and due for release at the end of this month. This update will mean that your Safari settings no longer matter when logging in to the app admin. We will get any issues resolved for you as soon as we can get on a call. We were looking for a UK-based app that had some good return shipping integration. The customer experience is easy and the refund or gift card method is really helpful for my team. Collect+ labels on tap is really quite good as well. I'm looking forward to seeing how Clicksit develops further. With a few more back-office features and tweaks this app could be a real killer in a year. Hopefully, it will grow with us.

Really helpful! Love that I can customise everything and also the email alerts when you get a return request are great as they take you directly to the return. Best return platform we've tested :)

We've successfully tested this app to manage our returns process and I must say this is a very slick process. This massively takes the pain away from the customer as it's a fully automated digital process right down to the return label, which you don't even need to print. Adds extra value to our internal processes and we can now manage the returns in one place. 5 stars for me.
