I am honestly SO shocked at how good this app is. I was previously doing this manually with 'return email templates' and it was horrible trying to keep track of everything and communicating back and forth. This has saved me sooo much time & has added a huge professional touch to the website. I cannot say enough good things.. I just hope it stays this good without problems! It's a no-brainer for anyone considering!

Amazing app, creates an automated returns centre for the customer to automatically go in and submit return requests. Easy to use, very friendly company to go through and everything is broken down and explained each step of the way. We use on three different stores and have not had any issues whatsoever. Support is literally a live chat or a phone call away too if you need help setting up or using anything. Thanks

Fantastic app for any UK seller - easy to use platform for customers to use and admin for us. Various options such as paid for/customer to pay for labels and they are constantly looking to make improvements. Great support team too.

Excellent Application I recommend it, you can manage your returns in an orderly and easy way and most importantly being in contact with the client throughout the procedure, their support is great, they are fast and friendly, Waiting for updates would be perfect if you could put all the content in Spanish . I give them my 5 stars

I'm using this app to process my returns and it's been very smooth and easy to navigate so far. Customer service is great too. Highly recommend it for users in the UK. Looking forward to the new updates too.

This is a simple and superb app, and has made our returns process a doddle to handle, particularly with the ClickPlus returns feature. With a couple of clicks (and maybe none if you set automatic approvals) you can approve a return and send a prepaid returns label to the customer. It beats by some distance the two other returns apps we have tried. Personal and responsive customer service - had a slight technical issue (partly our fault) and it was dealt with efficiently. I think the app will only get better over time. We use the paid-for app so that we can personalise the HTML in e-mails, but all the other features seem to be available in the free app. With that the only thing you pay for is the cost of the returns label if it is actually used, and the rates are fairly reasonable. Delighted we found this app, and we wish the Clicksit team every success. UPDATE: After installing a new theme, we had minor issues with the appearance on mobiles. The support team fixed it extremely quickly. Can't fault them.

Very good app for free, am looking into their paid service for the future. Support is good, they reply within 24 hours. Constantly updated and they take on board advice you give them, unlike other apps. Highly Recommended.

The app is pretty perfect given it is free. Very easy to manage and accept/reject requests. The app had good trifurcation: RETURN, EXCHANGE or REFUND which added customer convenience, in our case. There was good support to put the Returns button next to the orders on the customers' order page - although a suggestion, this could have been done either by the app or a Help Page with the guidelines would help all.

I think this app looks really promising. UI is very userfriendly, great customizable email notifications. However, I think that I am not going to use it. I have translated all possible contents, but throughout the returnprocess the customers will still encounter a lot of English sentences that cannot be translated/customized. I understand that their focus is (probably) on UK, but our mainfocus is set on the Netherlands, and as I want the most userfriendly website as possible, I think i will skip this app for now. I understand that it might be a long term issue but I would definitely reconsider if the app would be even more customizable/translatable.
Thank you for the review and feedback, this is something that we have come to realise is a challenge for certain retailers. We are in the process of updating our app to enable all elements of the return journey to be customisable. Our team hopes for this to roll out within the next 2 weeks, we will keep you updated.

I love how this app notifies us of incoming returns/exchanges - and the reason for this. It enables us to get exchanges ready and to track the returns rate. It's great that we can personalise the emails that get sent out to customers too, to give it our brand's touch.
