Super easy app to use, can easily fit into your theme, and the customer service is amazing. I cannot recommend it enough!! It has made my returns so much more effective and efficient for the customers.

I think this app is great for small businesses. If advanced it might be good for bigger brands too. so far it's been great for my returns. Only think is, as an internationally selling brand, it would have been good to add international rates too for returns. This way the customers won't deal with the returns stress of international items. Especially now after brexit, lots of people are cautious with international purchases.

The App is fantastic. it makes the returns process very smooth for my customers . In addition, the returns label option makes it so hassle free, my customers love the easy way they are now able to easily process their returns. I highly recommend.

I wasn't sure initially if this was the right app for me. I found getting in touch with the team really helpful to understand what the app would offer. For example whilst its only focussed on UK returns it has made that part of the business easier for us. I'd love to see it expand to other geographies. I found setting up the returns process fairly easy too and it was great to get on the phone guidance. Here's what I'd like to see in the future: Partnering with carriers in Europe and worldwide. For where we are as small business it works for us.

Not clear on their home page that they cannot do automatic return labels for the US. Wasted my time building a page only to find this out after waiting hours for customer service to return my message. Deleted the app.

I would highly recommend this App to anyone looking to be able to offer returns. As a UK based business, we looked through various options, and decided to go for clicksit. The team are incredibly supportive and far outdid any expectations - making the setup easy, quick and with everything needed. Being able to offer returns with a reliable and well known method such as collect + really builds consumer confidence in the online shopping experience and the system within clicksit to create returns labels seriously couldn't be easier. It is super streamlined and fuss free. The returns request page seamlessly fits into our online store with our own url which makes it completely integrated and a very smooth user experience. Zero negatives to add - brilliant service. (And I know if anything came up, the team respond very quickly to any queries).

I was looking for an app to better streamline my returns process and this app is the best out of all the returns app I tested. Very easy to set up and easy dashboard to view the returns. Although the label printing integration is not functional in the united states yet I am hoping this will be rolled out sometime this year. I would definitely recommend this app to other e-commerce businesses.
