Cannot create return labels within the USA, and the rest of the app is entirely useless without that.

This app is excellent for returns. It is very easy to use and set up. Looks very professional and is user friendly. I've also set up the labels so now I don't even need to think about buying the postage. Brilliant!

The app installed all ok. I've only had to use it once so far and seemed ok to use. It will make my returns (should I get any) an easy process.

This app was easy to install and well explained when learning how to use it. It has made returns very quick and hassle-free with everything being done with a few buttons. I would highly recommend using this app.

We've used Clicksit since launching our brand early this year and it's awesome. Simple, user-friendly for both customers and us. Installation was beyond easy. Not sure how they're able to offer this app for free, but we're not complaining. It's great!

We have been using Clicksit on our store for about 4 months now to provide a much better return experience for our customers. A smooth returns process gives our buyers piece of mind when investing in our products. The team at Clicksit helped us with setting up especially Jodie who has been a great support to us. Not only has it helped us to manage our return requests more efficiently, the functions are great, and lately we have seen an increase in sales, which we think is a plus point to having this app. Many Thanks to the Clicksit Team.

We have been looking to add a labour saving returns process to the site and Clicksit has done just that. Easy to set up and as we have it running on auto approve it requires zero input from our staff. Plus customers like free returns so it is a win win. Would recommend to anyone looking for a simple to use and set up returns option on their shopify site

The guys were great to speak to, they helped and guided us all along the way and the setup was really simple too. I know this will provide a great returns service for our customers which is MUCH better than having to administer everything manually.

This app really helps to streamline your returns process. It was quick and easy to install and customers have found it easy to use so far. It would be great if they could also facilitate international returns labels even if customers had to pay for these.
