Such an excellent service. Zin is my main contact and anything I ask of her gets sorted out immediately with no issues whatsoever. At the height of a recent product scaling I was processing 300 orders a day and Zin and the team handled these with minimum issues. I strongly advise anyone using this service to pre-purchase stock, it makes things so much smoother (I learned this the hard way) and the team get your orders shipped within 24 hours. Also, if you don't see the product that you want to sell just contact your agent and they usually find them and add them to the app within 24 hours. Great service overall and highly recommended.

We have been using this app for many months. The good thing about this app is it integrates with the Shopify store seamlessly. In addition, the account Manager is always there to assist if there are any issues. No worries on stocking up. SourcinBox offers much faster delivery when items are stocked up and even the normal delivery is beyond expectation.

Great customer service, the agents are very helpful and truthful and will choose the best for you even though it wouldn't be in their favor, and for me that's the most important part, to have an agent you can trust. They aim more on building a friendship and a long business relation rather than just use you. the app is very easy and straightforward, their shipping rate is really good and the shipping times are accurate, i will stick with them because i can see a grate potential and i can see they are always working on improving and delivering a better service.
