Like the app, just that it isnt compatible with alot of other apps that your store might be using. If the app was able to support the other apps, it would have been good, but it became a challenge even when cart drawer needed to be changed as it cant be supported.

Kay was amazing, went over and above the questions I had to help the interface work properly. I only had the app for maybe 30 minutes before requesting some assistance. They walked me through how to remove cart slider, helped check my sales and even helped optimize my store to refresh the cart to make sure my customers can see the page. Kay, thank you x500! I have been using USO for a few years now and find it to be such a great app, so may offer options. It is a very effective app which is easy to use and the support you get is great. I sell beautiful headwear for chemo patients, and when just starting chemo, you need a variety of things. USO special offers, Buy 3 Get 1 Free, is perfect for my customers. They can mix & match basic chemo headwear when starting chemo or for a refresh when we go to the next season. Approximately half of my customers use the Buy 3 BOGO offer. It's easy to set up or revise if your product line changes. I've always gotten great customer service from USO. I highly recommend this app!

We just downloaded this app for Black Friday and it is a total life saver for Black Friday. Jack was helpful in setting up exactly what we needed. I'd recommend this app to anyone looking for better discount setups than what Shopify has to offer.
