We just downloaded this app for Black Friday and it is a total life saver for Black Friday. Jack was helpful in setting up exactly what we needed. I'd recommend this app to anyone looking for better discount setups than what Shopify has to offer.

Excellent customer support to get up and running, clean and easy to use back end and covers all types of offers we need.

We’ve been using this offers app for a while now. While it’s decent and generally works, it does miss a few features we’d like, and the app logic is sometimes slightly different from what we need for our specific use case. That said, the customer service has been absolutely top-notch. Jack, in particular, has been a real lifesaver. Anytime we’ve run into an issue, he’s been quick to respond and always goes above and beyond to help us out. His support has really made a huge difference. If you’re in need of top-tier customer service to assist with your offers, this app is worth a shot.

(Updated 5/19/25) Though this app does have the features I was looking for such as announcement bars, sale ribbons on products, etc. One big issue has been occurring with no actual fix to it other than to cancel the order and ask the customer to order again (seriously?). When a customer places numerous discounted items into the cart and decides to remove some of them, the discount from that item stays in the cart and continues to apply to the order causing the customer to get more of a discount than they were supposed to get. Like I said, the only fix that was offered was to cancel the order and cause a hassle for the customer. There is even an email that gets sent to the store oner from Orbit that let's you know there is an issue with the order. If the system can detect it why can't it fix it? This is my question. Other than that, it works fine, but I'm paying for an app that is quite literally losing me money. (Originally a 5 star review) This app does exactly what I need it to do and give a helpful banner on the pages where the discounts apply. Customer service is extremely helpful as well!

Jack and the team have consistently been helpful and accommodating. While we've encountered a few issues in the past, they were addressed promptly and professionally. The app functions well, but it could benefit from some UI enhancements. Keep it up!

Alex did a great job helping me fix an issue where the discount wasnt being automatically applied if a customer loaded the cart a certain way. Everything works perfectly now!

Customer service experience is incredible!

I was initially hesitant to use this app due to some negative reviews. This app provides essential features that offer numerous options for my business. It's important to note that it may not work flawlessly immediately upon installation. I'm giving it a 5-star rating because of the attention and customer service of its team, who are constantly tweaking and improving it on your website and addressing any issues. It is working and so far I have 3 different types of offers on my site. I wish i had known about it earlier. Most of these offers should have been built in Shopify and free. Luckily this app is addressing many of the shortcomings but it is not that easy nor a straight forward job. Keep that in mind.

Great app! The best thing about it is the pop-ups. I wish they had more customisation options but it is still a handy app. Even after almost 2 years of using the app, the support was quick and seamless when we had an issue. Another thing I wanted was "up to discounts" but neither Shopify nor any other app offers this.
