Amazing app, with such an amazing customer service. This is my 3rd app from care cart. will recommend anytime.
The rep helped me a lot in figuring out how the wheel works. the wheel looks fun and interactive so we think we'll be using it.
Amazing product. The conversion is excellent. Although I would want to send a copy of the Coupon to the email of the customer as well. This is a very promising application
Downloaded the app, and faced some issues with setting up. Reached out via chat to the team and they were very responsive. Great customer service! Active and helpful
Great plugin and great customer service attitude!I will recommend this software to my friends, thank you very much for the patient guidance and service of the customer service staff!
Best application for a website. One of the best customer service assistants I have ever seen so far.
Quick and easy to use, and great customer service chat. Lacks a star as the text colour can't be changed, or the congratulations message can't be personalised per item.
Thank you for sharing the honest feedback. In order to provide the best user experience text color is set as white to compliment with any background color. Regarding the personalized message, we have noted it as a feedback to further explore it. Please share more details with our chat team to help us improve the app. All the best!

Très facile d'utilisation et excellent service client si vous avez des questions. La roulette est attrayante avec très peu de modifications graphique à faire.
I was given a lot of help and advice immediately through live chat after having some questions. I think this is going to boost sales! excited to try it!
hoping to maximize and scale biz. Chris walked me through the entire process and even showed me screenshots of what it looks like on my site. I never had to leave the page
nice people to help me when I needed help.I am recommending this app. I had to schedule my wheel and I had a lot of help.
Friendly and very fast support. They helped me out right away and I am excited to start my campaign
I just added the app to my website tonight. I spent over an hour working with Alan - one of the app specialists. He was extremely knowledgable and walked me through the entire setup process! I look forward to using this to bring in traffic and make my customers feel special!
Very useful app and then only app which allows you to pop-up on a certain page. Very good customer service too.
I spoke with support about downloading the app and they were super helpful at explaining how the pricing works. I have downloaded the app and excited to try it out!
Really simple setup. Also like that it has options to award different prizes and set the % of winners allowed for each one (previous spinner wheel app only allowed for 1 "winning" option). Also, customer support is super fast. Used their live chat for a question and they responded in less than a minute with the answer.
