The team was great helping us set everything up in our store. Anastasiia was great to liason with us the development to ensure the app worked in our Shopify theme. We have been live with the app for 3 days and already converted 2 customers. Since our product is a high value item, it really helps to have the installment payment available.

Excellent service client je ne peut que recommander cette application. Permet le payement en plusieurs fois ou avec plusieurs moyen de payements différents. Pour augmenter ses ventes c'est super!

El servicio de atención al cliente es exageradamente lento. Si vendes producto digital esta app no sirve, porque de algún modo no marca el pedido como realizado y por lo tanto ni los cursos, ni los ebooks, guías... ningún producto digital descarga o se envía al cliente. Después de tenerme más de 4 horas, si, 4 horas, en el chat. No me han solucionado nada de nada. Y en vez de decirme que no sabían como solucionarlo. Me dicen que "he planteado una duda interesante" y cierran el chat, tras 4 horas... FATAL

Though there are some limitations to the Shopify API itself, they still explained to me nicely and get the things I needed done regardless.

Please advise does this have an option for In store? It seems to only work for our online sales, but not for our POS. Please let me know ... because that's not what we expected.

Support was very helpful and quickly fixed a quirk in my theme that was interfering with Split payment widget. Artem was very helpful in making sure the app was fine tuned before ending our chat. My customers are delighted to have deposit payment and split payment options.

This app does not consider tax, so its not helpful when the customer tender amount for one of the split payments is fixed!

I am giving 4 stars just because their customer support team is excellent. I am not able to say the same thing for the product itself, but it is due to Shopify limitations. I suggest running a few test orders to see everything works for your shop.

There is just one crucial request I have. If possible, could you please include the total amount after installment payments near the product price? This would make it even easier for customers to make a purchase. Other than that, it's truly a fantastic idea! You've managed to provide great value to customers

A solid alternative to the generic pre-sale apps. This is much faster and does not require you to use a presale wizard each time you want to offer Presales Partial Pays Split pays Installment pays For your clients. You can choose to lump your presales into a specific collection by #tag and then you have a standardized policy for all of your presales or, you can customize product by product so that if you want some partial pay, and some all paid at once, you can specify those rules per product. What for the life of me I cannot seem to wrap my head around is a shopify flaw. Shopify will not allow any app extender/plug in to work with their cart. Scenario If you accept partial pay, regardless of anything else in the universe, Shopify robs you of the use of a discount code on that product. Period. This is nuts if you have tiered clients! Some Retail, some wholesale, some b2b. An additional reason this is paramount and a total lack of attention to retail is this WE must build in fees to cover Affirm Shop-pay Credit Card Fees So by that rule the client pays a higher price regardless of which advantage they choose. Shop pay 6% Credit card 3% Cash 0% Fee based transaction are real world. Shopify is a complete fail here. This app, imagine how robust your site would be with this app and the ability to either surcharge fee users or discount code Feeless Users?
