the worst experience and first impression. they acted like they didn't have the services false marketing. don't help new shopify stores.

Our Suppliers team does take some time to review supplier applications as we want to ensure that our merchants are given access to the most reliable suppliers. In any case, we raised this to our Suppliers team and have asked them to provide the reason for them not proceeding with your application. Perhaps we can also look into a reassessment of your proposal. We humbly ask for your patience as we discuss this among the team, thanks!

Simple. Clean. Easy. This app makes selling to dropshippers fairly easy and simple. The support provided is by far the best. Thank you for this app!
Like our merchants, we also want the user experience for our suppliers to be easy to navigate. Like we always say as well, quality support as what we aim to always provide to both the dropshippers and the suppliers we have on the platform. That being said, we're happy to know you're enjoying what we're providing so far!

Smooth experience so far. I really like that I can see how many retailers are selling my products, it also helps me understand what my most popular products are. We are a growing manufacturer, so this is an exciting new sales channel for our company.
Transparency is important to us, so information like this is something we make available to you. Thanks for this and we wish you nothing but growth!

Great customer services were able to solve my syncing product issues. I am great that I can now spread my products to other potential resellers.

I am very happy with this app. It is has everything I need to manage and publish my products for my clients. I like the amount of details it takes care of me automatically. The customer support team is also top quality. Never had any questions or issues unanswered. They also have extensive learning materials that I am using to improve my business and reach more clients easily.

I installed this app a month ago at least and have not had any contact. They want the info from my store up front but there is no benefit for me if it takes this long to be approved.

Does not support suppliers from china, they only accept suppliers from counties supported by stripe (China is not stripe supported countries) , disappointed.
We are terribly sorry for this experience and whilst we regret that Stripe does have their own limitation on which country they support and as much as we would like to have you onboard, we simply do not have control over this situation. We will, however, make sure that to improve on that area so we can support all kinds of suppliers applying.

I downloaded the app and set up my information, but I'm not sure if it's suitable for drop-shippers? Can anyone clarify this for me?

Our company love working with Spocket. In my first month after was approved as a supplier, I am getting an order every other day, now it is almost daily after they improved their website. Also, their 24 hours support team is awesome! Keep up the good work.

I found setting up this app to be very simple and was guided by a representative (Imelda) from Sprocket to ensure all went smoothly and quickly. Within the first few days of my products being made available, I received my first order! Yay! Looking forward to many more in the coming weeks and months.

Great customer service. Took less than a day to set up my account and sync products from Shopify. Most impressively, we immediately started receiving orders!

I've known about Spocket for a while now, and interacted with them throughout that time. I (newspookie) joined this year and it's been a great platform for giving my brand a larger distribution channel. They make it so easy to integrate with my existing Shopify account as well the support team is so helpful and respond quickly to any questions you have. It's all been positive from my end!

I've started my own brand and working directly with a manufacturer and Spocket is the perfect place to start selling my products. I want to see how much I can sell here. I did start out as a merchant first to see how I would like to work with Spocket...
