My customers from Germany ordered 2 weeks ago some T-Shirts. Until now we can not see where the T-Shirts are. FedEx Tracking number is for some customers invalid. One email answer which I kept in archive, says "your product will be delivered on 25 Sept." This would mean my customers have to wait 4 weeks for 1 T-Shirt. I´m afraid they won't do that. I just opened my store and moved from printful to SPOD due to delivery time. But SPOD has the same issue. At the moment I would not recommend SPOD for shop owners with customers from Germany. Update: As I read now in my email response SPOD is going to connect 3 stores in Europe to SPOD network and of them is in Germany. This would be a game changer. So let´s see.
Hi Katzenhemd, Thanks for leaving the feedback. We are sorry to hear your order has taken some time to arrive in Europe after dispatch in the USA. We unfortunately cannot influence the time taken to pass through customs. The great news is that next week we will connect our three factories in Europe to SPOD, including one factory in Germany. This will mean customers in Europe will have a much faster delivery time. Look out for the news and instructions next week!

great i advice anyone beginner to use as this platform can help you to get aware of all feature of your shop and no way to lose any thing through your shopify logging page

Man it was everything i needed it to be except it needs more ability to edit the sleeves. it worked well for me but i just need even more customization available

UPDATE 7/3/21: I recently severed ties with SPOD due to their quality falling. Which seems to be the biggest problem with any POD service. I'm honestly saddened by this. The last order we had come in was blurry, and the screen press was already peeling off. The shirts we had gotten months and months ago have completely lost all of the screen. I wish everyone at this company the best, everyone I've dealt with is wonderfully kind, it's truly just the quality. ORIGINAL REVIEW: So far, nothing but praise for SPOD. We had moved over to SPOD from a different POD service which started out great but the quality fell over time. We did our due diligence this time and ordered samples in a few different styles of t-shirt. We landed on the Spreadshirt Premium Organic shirt - it's so soft and the colour saturation on the screens are GORGEOUS. Thank you SPOD!

I used this service to create some hats and they made a lot of mistakes in the embroidery and I'm out money for a product I can't sell to a customer who ordered it.
Hi Groundwork Enterprise, We checked your account and we don't see any orders from your Shopify store, and SPOD does not have embroidery. So incredibly easy to upload designs. There is no in between with POD's, they either have a super easy to use interface or you have to go around the world to get your design uploaded and looking right. SPOD falls into the first category.

My product are not syncing to my store. I am constantly getting error messages. Failed error message. This app is not working properly
Hi GeargaloreCanada, Thanks for leaving the feedback, we got in contact via e-mail on how to fix this issue. It seems there was some downtime with Shopify when you installed which led to a broken install. A quick uninstall and reinstall fixed the issue!

I like how easy it is to use this app but I really hate that the items I want are always either low in stock or not in stock at all. For example, a pink hoodie would have only 10 of size large in stock but nothing else so I can't sell anything.

The shipping times are incredible! The quality is quite good as well. Hopefully, they'll at more products soon like more than one tank top option for men, but so far I love it! FYI, you'll need to crop the empty space around your designs because the app does not allow you to go "outside the lines". It's not too big a hassle and the app is well designed overall.

it is really simple to use, and i like the look and feel of the app, and it has nice looking mock ups, the only thing i wish for is bulk uploading and editing, it would be great if it was available.

I ordered samples on May 28th that have not arrived yet. I tried a second order that came but took about 7 weeks. I emailed customer service several times and received only generic responses and they will not process a refund. Currently trying to figure out where my shirts are - will not use for customers as it will likely create problems moving forward. For the shirt I did get it was the expected quality
Hey there, Thank you for providing your feedback and apologies for the troubles you had. The order was placed on May 29th and we handed the order over to FedEx on June 5th. From there on the process is not in our hands anymore. Shipping to Canada from the US was always troublesome due to the customs process. This problem got worse during the last month. The only options we have are not shipping to Canada, prepaying customs on behalf of you (and increasing shipping prices to Canada to ~20% of the order value) or to accept that few orders are caught in the customs process for ages.
