I love the fact that it makes it simple to create my own t shirts, as well as, let the customer customize their own.

Adding products to our shop has been very simple, and the shipping has been within 48 hours. Our customers are very pleased with the products.

I am just getting started but the app is fairly easy and I love the products and available colors, etc.

This app is very easy ti operate, and when I got lost DAVID was able to walk me through. He was so patient and very kind. Highly Recommend!

I've tried so many different Print on demand apps, but SPOD is definitely the best for me! On those days where most companies has been strugling with delivery time, SPOD has Exceed my expectations with very fast delivery and great quality products as well! While I do like the SPOD, I just wish it was just a bit easier like Printful. I find some things more challenging in this App.

Really appreciated how easy it was to use the app as well as the many different variations and products available. The quick turnaround & production time is what initiated my switch from Printful. However, I really wish the print area on the products was much bigger.

I'd love to have the option to add another graphic of a different color to the same product so when they change the color of the shirt for instance... it will add the lighter or darker graphic! Love what you have here so far!

I wish you sold more American Apparel and had more options to write on the sleeves or wrap text. Have to supplement because you do not have that. Please specify shipping and production times to Canada.

I like the ease of designing my products. I have tried to place two sample orders, but have been unable to do so. I have reached out to customer service multiple times on each order. The second sample order I have reached out 3 times with no response. If I cannot get a response on a sample order, why should I continue to use SPOD for my business?

At the moment, it can take up to 4 business days for our colleagues to get back to requests since we still have a very high intake of emails and calls every day. We try to be transparent about this in our designated update page: https://faq.spod.com/hc/en-us/articles/360012726799-COVID-19-Updates-#article Also, I could see that after the two sample orders that didn't work out, the customer orders shipped already and you have a new sample order from yesterday that is already being produced. It seems that you are still willing to be using our services, so we hope this cooperation will work better from now on.

I've found some disturbing images in the design section while creating products. Such as a radio labeled as "Ghetto Blaster" and a hooded man with a handgun labeled as a "Rapper". This is clearly labeling stereo types and depicting negative ideas to a culture that you don't understand nor represent. I will be posting pictures of the said images to those that can create change on this site or have them removed.
Hello La Petite Mort, Thanks for your feedback about our design tagging - we take your claims very seriously. Our selection of free designs and their tags were purchased from a 3rd party business. Upon closer review, Ghetto Blaster is a common term used to describe a boom box / portable stereo and we see no negative intent in tagging this design this way. The design with a hooded individual and gun is a common description of a gangster rapper, and while we understand not all rappers use guns in their imagery, we also saw no ill intent here. We will however review the tagging of rapper to avoid any misconceptions. We're sorry that you are unhappy with our service due to this issue, and hope that the background and our review will change your mind about using us in the future. This is a very easy to use Print On Demand Provider. You can upload your own graphics and designs. Many good priced shirts and accessories to choose from. Fast production and shipping despite the CoVid Lockdown.

I used this app to print on mugs and t-shirts. It did a good job printing on mugs and the mugs were high quality. While the premium t-shirts are also good quality, the print quality is hit or miss. Black print on white t-shirts comes out faded, streaked and with ink residue spots. Would be fantastic if they figured out a way to provide consistently good print quality on t-shirts. It would also be great if SPOD expanded their product catalog to include more home-goods (picture frames, art, full throw pillows instead of just pillow cases, and more socks). Lastly, I'm waiting on full color mugs to return as not having them in stock is really hurting my sales.
