I used this app to design all of my T-shirts. This app is easy to use. The only thing missing is using a model to showcase the clothes

We do have model images for some products but sadly not yet for all - especially with new products it often takes time to get the images implemented. We're hoping to offer the service with a greater variety for more products in the near future.
I used this app to help me mock up shirts and i like how it is very simple to create the design and sync to my store. i can do everything on one screen, the guide to the next steps are fantastic! I really like how it generates the description for you so there's not a lot of searching. Its simple and convenient. The only thing I'd suggest is more apparel options, good quality at a lower rate.

I love the ease of using this app. I love their many options as well. The only thing I don't like is that there aren't many options for colors for the front of hoodies and sleeves. Not everyone wants neon or glitter on their apparel.

The font color issue sounds as if the product was set up with special flex which only offers these kinds of extravagant colors and effects. However, if you upload a design as a vector file or use our text tool or free vector designs, it should also be possible to choose the DTG (Digital Direct) printing in the product creation and offer or choose from a wide range of printing colors. So the App is really easy to use but I have a question about the print quality on the Tie Die. I just received a sample product and the print already looks faded. Is this going to be an all the time thing? or is it because it was a sample product?
Hello Infin8ty Brand, Thank you for taking the time to review our app. Since we print on demand, we use DTG instead of screenprinting, so the results can seem a little faded compared to the picture on the computer or a screenprint. Does so many things all in one, you can design straight onto the tshirt including Type which a lot of other POD dont offer, the color selection is great and its so modern.

I will give this a 3 stars - Firstly its VERY easy to use in terms of product set up etc, cannot fault that, but the reason for just 3 is that as follow The prices and the items available are nice. No way (that ive found) to find an existing design you have created, if you have made a mistake i cannot find a way to modify said design and update store Only 1 product image is uploaded, this is a big hit for me, I like customers to have lots of images to choose from, even if it was the 3 basic images within the app that got uploaded to my product page would be good... I like idea of model with image on front - but , i also like the plain image so customers can have a good luck No way to standardise image sizes, would be good if you could enter images sizes , spent a lot of time unifying my designs so they all look identical except for the text and core image, but its a real PITA to have to try and manually alter the image size on each item to be the same.. Also, would be nice if when you imported the image it auto-resized to the max of the image location on the item I cannot comment on the fulfillment side as ive only just set it up... Even having the carrier rates incorporated would be nice, save a lot of work but, overall i actually like the app. Just thought id put an honest review.

Also, it's always vital to us to hear what options and features our merchants are missing to improve our services. Changing the design, that is, making changes to the design file itself during the product creation process is not possible as we would need to implement a design creation option, similar to Gimp or Photoshop, into the product designer in the app, which we, unfortunately, cannot do. Having more than one product image in the app is on the other hand something that we are working on and hope to be implementing soon. AWFUL !!! I used to send this guys most of our orders about 80% in 2020, now they are getting 10% even less, their prices increased a lot, their customer service is awful, if they send a bad print to the customer they will not care in giving a refund. An order was more than 10 days in production and never shipped even after calling customer support 3 times and sending more than 4 emails. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM! Go with Printify, their customer service is a looot better, prices are good and Monster Digital is great quality and they take care of the customer when a bad printing is sent.
