At first I had some difficulty accessing my account, but Omar was swift to notice my difficulties and stepped in. He was able to help get me all sorted out while I initiated the sync. He stayed in good contact with me, was patient with me, and kept me in the loop about how my sync was coming along. I had a very pleasant experience using the app and working with Omar.

Complete Rip OFF for £60 a month, DO NOT USE ! They don't actually have a Technical Team, just some customer service agents that drag things out and don't resolve anything I been on the chat and waiting for the customer service team for 3 days now. Basic issues like not connecting to ebay, or sync listings across,. Kept being told from their end its all fine maybe ask ebay? } Just a joke, only 22 out of 747 products we listed. Out of the 22 none were available to buy as they were 0 stock! Clearly no large data sync. This is my experience , I would seriously avoid! Look at your other options, they provide so much more some for even 1/3 of the price. Others with same price hare proper companies

I just started my Sync from Square to Shopify and I am hoping QuickSync makes my website development projects much easier. Thea helped me to make sure I set up my sync correctly and was so quick to support me. She also offered to be with me every step of the way and email me once everything is complete. Great customer service!

Je n'ai pas encore vraiment testé l'appli en elle-même car j'en suis à la phase de synchronisation mais le service clients est au top et très réactif. Je complèterai mon avis une fois la synchro terminée
