Angelica was super helpful in getting the app configured to ensure all the syncing was happening as it should with Shopify and Square. So far the app experience has been phenomenal!

Installed the app and without even asking I was politely greeted by Joseph Morris. Even though I did not ask for help, Joseph welcomed me to using the app and set everything up for me. Top customer service and the best I have every received on a Shopify app. Thank you so much and I look forward to using QuickSync for the long term and seeing what it can do for my business. It was super easy to figure out the first steps on my own, then when I had questions, their customer support was fast, patient, and not only explained things to me clearly, but did a considerable amount of the work for me. Joseph is a rockstar, fingers crossed you get him as your rep !

We left SKU-IQ and Sku Harmony for QuickSync and we are so impressed! Joseph was extremely helpful in setting up our Shopify & Square with QuickSync. Really great customer service - fast response time and explained everything without confusion! Definitely recommend if you are wanting a easy integration app.

Extremely easy to use, I am not tech savvy what so ever, and with this app I was able to integrate over 500 products from my square shop to Shopify in a blink of an eye. Any questions I had the support team was on it and replied in minutes. I am blown away with the ease of QuickSync. THANK YOU!!

If I could give zero stars I would. I have no idea how they were able to go into my Square account and make changes to the locations and stock tracking. Sure, they have 24 hour support, but the people can't actually help with much, and there is so much waiting for their developers to get back to them, and little to no solutions. I ended up having to manually turn stock tracking back off, re-do inventory, and re-assign each individual item to the proper location on HUNDREDS of items. I asked to do a backup before attempting to sync again, and they assured me it would all be fine, but it was not. I just wanted to sync each of my two locations in Square with separate Shopify stores. It did not work, everything got mixed up AGAIN. I am so upset, and support just told me to not worry, I just needed to wait more to see what to do next. It was already 5 days. I now have the most tedious process ahead of me to undo their mess one more time.

The app is simple and easy to use. It saved 1000s of hours in converting our physical and online store (that has over 1000 products) from Square to Shopify platforms - in fact, I did it in minutes. I really appreciate how they have agents available to assist at weird hours of the day for us entrepreneurs that need support outside of normal business hours. If there is an issue, it’s super convenient to reach out to the agent and they go above and beyond to help solve the issue!

Joseph helped with setting up our product syncing from Shopify to Square. So far it seems like it will work but we will see how it goes. He was very attentive to our needs with quick communication and easy to work with.

I have to say that although I am somewhat new to this Shopify app thing, I am so thankful for customer service agents like Thea who assist store owners like myself who are not as familiar with the capabilities of these apps to assist us with inventory, orders, etc. Thea guided me and assisted with correcting my inventory issues and even nice enough to assist me so that I can have a perfect work flow without interruptions. QuickSync and Thea to the rescue!

Left sku-iq and sku harmony and started with quicksync, so far it seems far superior, it LOOKS clean and organized which is appreciated but what stands out immediately is the customer service. While setting up Joseph contacted me and helped sync everything smoothly, he was efficient and made good conversation along with getting the job done. so far, very impressed.
