I have to say that although I am somewhat new to this Shopify app thing, I am so thankful for customer service agents like Thea who assist store owners like myself who are not as familiar with the capabilities of these apps to assist us with inventory, orders, etc. Thea guided me and assisted with correcting my inventory issues and even nice enough to assist me so that I can have a perfect work flow without interruptions. QuickSync and Thea to the rescue!

I cannot recommend the app because I don't know what it is or does, but the customer service was excellent.

Left sku-iq and sku harmony and started with quicksync, so far it seems far superior, it LOOKS clean and organized which is appreciated but what stands out immediately is the customer service. While setting up Joseph contacted me and helped sync everything smoothly, he was efficient and made good conversation along with getting the job done. so far, very impressed.

Though QuickSync is a little more expensive than some of the other apps that propose to sync Shopify with Square, I have pretty much given all of them a trial and QuickSync has been the only one that has done what it states it will do with little to no effort on my part. I am extremely pleased with the app so far and look forward to continuing to use it as I go forward. Their customer service is Top Notch and Second to None! Extremly Helpful and always on top while you are working in the app so if you even need to get in touch with someone for any reason, they are right there, 24/7. Highly rated and highly recommended!!

Normie was great and assisted me in all the things I needed! Although I cancelled my membership she made sure I was satisfied and helped me completely transfer all of my items from one shop to the other and was very quick at replying! Definitely recommend this app and do not hesitate if you need help!
