Had troubles initially. Contacted Chat support Arianne chimed in and was very helpful. We were able to complete the sync. She was quick to listen and come up with a solution for success. Very much appreciate her help and could not have done this without her superlative support and expertise.

Normie was extremely nice and helpful. She figured out our issue right away and was able to thoroughly explain how to fix it then she fixed it for me. We are so glad to finally have a way to sync our in store point of sale with our website.

If you have a large number of products due to variants they cannot sync. There is no capability to limit syncing by Collection, Status or filtering in any way. We utilize a service for that provides product catalogs that include variants based on condition therefore resulting in a large catalog.

Great system. We ran into some issues, and their customer support helped me through the entire thing!
