Left sku-iq and sku harmony and started with quicksync, so far it seems far superior, it LOOKS clean and organized which is appreciated but what stands out immediately is the customer service. While setting up Joseph contacted me and helped sync everything smoothly, he was efficient and made good conversation along with getting the job done. so far, very impressed.

Had troubles initially. Contacted Chat support Arianne chimed in and was very helpful. We were able to complete the sync. She was quick to listen and come up with a solution for success. Very much appreciate her help and could not have done this without her superlative support and expertise.

I'm so glad this app exists, it's going to save me a lot of time and mental effort! A Customer Success Agent named Omar proactively reached out to me as soon as I started working towards syncing our items. He answered my questions and trouble-shooting any issues in realtime -- all while being very patient and encouraging! I absolutely recommend this app to anyone else who is trying to sync across systems.
