we used to have an app that didn't update and the stock was always incorrect. Plus the online assistance was always in the wrong time zone. This service and program is amazing

As far as I can tell at this point - the app does exactly what it claims to do. The support staff is extremely courteous and helped me with a few questions I had right out of the gate and even checked back with me later on to ensure I was experiencing success. Thank you Thea!

So far this app has been a game changer, making conversion from my online store to my POS in my bricks and mortar stores so much easier. Would highly recommend, I also needed some help with stock being synced and had a response within seconds and was helped right away, big thank you to Angelica.

Angelica has been extremely responsive and helpful. The application itself is confusing to me and is not very user friendly in my opinion, but Angelica has been patient in assisting me with getting my account set up for over 3 hours now. Great help!

We needed this app to sync our Shopify inventory to our Square POS. Early days, but sync has happened successfully and now it's time to put it to the test! Set up was simple and Angelica was awesome in setting us up, answering our many questions, and guiding us every step of the way. Looking forward to giving it a proper test out now.

This app wasn't easy to setup, there was a lot of troubleshooting to get it right. I suggest the UX and language used/translations need to be refined. Besides that, the app works as intended.

Unfortunately, Shopify's hardware is either non-existent or non-functioning. I had to switch to square for my POS system, but needed something easy though would sync my products in real time. So far, Square Sync has been a little tricky to start up, but customer service has been helping. Great experience so far. Hopefully, I'll be up and running again soon!
