Joseph hopped on and helped my fix my syncing with Etsy so that all my products would show. Very helpful and good to know he's there if I need him

Joseph is helping me set this app up. He has great customer services skills and is very knowledgeable about this app. The app is still in the process of being set up and I will write another review soon on how the app seems to me. So far, I'm very impressed.

The support team was wonderful; a live person was on hand to help Sync my products and updated me when it was completed; it was great to have support that understood what I needed and took quick action and initiative to help.

I just start my trial and was pleasantly surprised with the support. I was immediately contact by a live person to assist me with completing the the sync from square. Process so far is going smoothly. Joseph the rep was very helpful and answered all of my many questions regarding the process.

I have just started with this app. So far, it is doing exactly what it claims. We have 17000 products and many more orders. It syncs everything nicely and save a MASSIVE amount of time. Joseph is on tech help, he is extremely helpful. Any and all questions answered promptly and lead me in the right direction. I wish I had downloaded this app when I first started building my stores, it would have saved me a lot of time and money.

It only has been a couple of days since loading up the app and syncing and using and the two times I have asked for assistance it happened quickly and we got down to the issue and resolved it quickly. Today Gasser helped and he was wonderful.

Super hands-on support! Even before I reached out for help, Omar was already offering to sync my products from Shopify to Square for me and show me how. Very impressive customer service!

Incredible helpful app. I was having SO much trouble with the regular tiktok app and it just would NOT work. This was so easy, and the CS (Arianne) was incredible helpful. Highly recommend
