Such a great app for my store but also GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I was having issues syncing my Shopify store to my Square but Joseph helped me out right away! He even gave me other suggestions to help me run things more smoothly. I am so thankful and appreciative! Thanks so much, Joseph!

Omar has been exceptional. I am new to inventory management and all that goes with it - Omar walks me through what needs to be done, in addition to answering some of my more complicated questions. The customer service in general is very quick and responsive. Additionally, I often have to leave mid conversation because I have a 4 month old - Omar and the team always follow up via email, keeping me updated on everything. Definitely recommend.
