Amazing Service and Seamless Product Import! I had an incredible experience working with Joseph. He helped me import products from Square to Shopify with absolute ease! Omar has been exceptional. I am new to inventory management and all that goes with it - Omar walks me through what needs to be done, in addition to answering some of my more complicated questions. The customer service in general is very quick and responsive. Additionally, I often have to leave mid conversation because I have a 4 month old - Omar and the team always follow up via email, keeping me updated on everything. Definitely recommend.

I spent the whole day trying to sync my Shopify products to my TikTok shop-it didn't work. A frustrated me watched so many videos on YouTube, trying to figure out the solution. I came by a video that talked about Quicksync and Ownbase. I decided to go with Quicksync because it made more sense, and had better options ( real time syncing). So I downloaded the app on myShopify and proceeded to sync my products. Then I had a problem with the TikTok category settings. The products would not show on TikTok until I review the default categories. I was stuck , I didn't know how to proceed. There and then I received an instant message from Normie asking me if I needed help. Boy! Was I relieved. Normie was wonderful, this angel walked me through the whole process, and ended up helping me finishing up the job. This was truly 5 star service. Thank you Normie and Quicksync for your help.
