This app is incredibly user-friendly and intuitive. Setup was straightforward and customizable to suit my specific needs. Transferring my products was smooth and hassle-free. What truly stands out is the customer support—live chat is responsive, and they even offer video calls to ensure everything is running smoothly. A great experience from start to finish.

Can't get it to work properly. After a ton of work and a few calls with support, I still can't get it to sync most of my inventory. Importing products from Square to Shopify is incomplete and incorrect. Doesn't import all the information (description does not import) and imports some of it incorrectly (changes the name of the vendor from what I have listed in Square to the name of my store, which I then have to fix). Uninstalling and trying a different app.

Kusum was very helpful and explained to me how to connect more than one Shopify location to Square. Kusum is very knowledgeable and helped me with another inventory issue that will help me to get set up correctly. Overall, a great service and instant response !

Very easy to set up and customer service was responsive. I am switching over from Trunk Inventory and I find the interface a lot easier to manage and understand.
