The Shopcircle help is awesome with actual live human beings (Crazy Right?) when you schedule a meeting. Functionality was restored within 16 minutes as they walked me through the steps and overcame challenges as we worked through it. Amazing! Ilma & Eldin were Fantastic!

The first time I encountered such an efficient response, docking every customer service are very smart, they can quickly understand your claims, and according to your claims quickly help you solve the problem. Really do not understand they can even directly take over to help you get it done, it's awesome!
