The support for Store Pickup is excellent. I recently upgraded my theme and it caused a problem with the app displaying in the shopping cart. The support team was very responsive and had the problem fixed quickly. I'm very pleased with this app functionality and support.

I purchased this app because our store needed more customized delivery options. I looked into dozens of apps and solutions and this is the ONLY app that was able to restrict shipping for product categories. Their team has saved me hours worth of time and frustrations. If you have an issue, they will worth with you to find a solution. Highly recommend!

Not the easiest app in the world to set up - there are a lot of steps to get it 'just right' - but there's a lot of stuff it needs to get right, so fair dos. There are other complicated apps that 'hand-hold' better, but as long as you follow instructions - and the guys also offer help - then you'll be OK. I have one store, so I have the app set up to offer both Local Delivery and Collect at Store. No-one's used either yet, but my revamped site's only just gone live, so early days. Once set up, with some help from the guys, everything's now running tickety-boo (I did a LOT of testing...). I was concerned at first that enabling the Google Maps API would cost me potentially quite a lot of money - turns out that althought Google 'charge' you to use the API, they also give you a ridiculous number of credits towards it, so in practice only *serious* users are likely to have to pay anything. And no, you don't get charged - credits are given before billing. Overall, for U$8.99/mth for the app, a reasonable buy. If it turns out nobody uses my new options, it won't be because of the app, which integrates well. Good job!

This is an easy to use app, and when it wouldn't do exactly what I wanted (apply pickup scheduling to just one product in our catalog) the developers customized it for me so it would. Now I'm able to offer made-to-order charcuterie boards through my website - where customers can select the date and time they want to pick up their cheese board. All the other products in my store default to regular pickup options with no scheduling, so checkout isn't overly complicated for products we don't need to schedule!

With my website, I needed 5 pickup location so I try this app and I knew that everything will be easy for me. You can moove, add or erase what you want in the setting of the app. After a year, I started to see that some of my costumers need something different with the box of the different locations. I wrote to the team and after like, 2-3 days, all the modifications was done and now, it's more than perfect. It's nice to know that you are talking with a real human and not feeling like you're talking to a robot. They understand what I needed and gave me exactly what I needed.

I love that it allows customers to pick a time for the pickup on the day they select. I needed to adjust a few things on my website and the support team and Tommy reacted quickly and made sure to take care of it. I would highly recommend this app for small business. Thank you again Tommy.

After 8 months on Shopify with another Pickup/Delivery app that just wasnt doing what i had hoped for, i discovered Secomapp & OMG, its been a gamechanger! Every part of the pick up & delivery process is customisable. I dont know how i managed to do the first 8 months of business without it. The tech support team are unreal. Tommy was super attentive & replied to my numerous emails within hours. I wish there were 10 stars cause i'd be giving all 10.

We have been using this app as well as their pop-up app for just under a year now and it has been fantastic! Our store does online food delivery so allowing customers to choose date and time is essential. The team worked with us to help set things up and ensure it works well for us. I used this app to help me offer an option for self pickup from my individual brick and mortar stores. It is so easy to set up and the only part which I struggled with was how to only make free shipping for store pickup to not appear for customers who did not select store pickup and that was solved because I did not implement the weight based free shipping as prescribed because it was in the youtube video and i didn't notice the weight to input. All's good now and we are truly loving this app that offers us so much flexibility in terms of lead time adjustment, black out dates and even max number of slots available per time slot. Thanks so much Sterling and team for developing this amazing app and helping us solve the headache of ensuring that pickup is only available at locations where we truly have inventory.

Great app, For pick up and delivery after trying a few other similar apps this one works the best, has the best functionality, and the best support. I set up test stores on the free trial to try out the app before putting it live and the support always got back to me promptly to help solve problems, or suggest work arounds.
