RP Local Pickup & Delivery

This app is essential to the success of my little store as we only do store pickup and home delivery from our floral shop. The pleasant and speedy responses are SO appreciated for the little tweaks that we have had to make to our app. Thank you for an excellent product.

Very helpful customer service, quick response and ability to fix the problems. The only frustrating thing for us are some bugs that keep coming up, and the time difference, which results in some of our customers not going through with the orders. However, I believe that the app will be improving over time!

so simple and easy - the user experience looks great, and when it looked wonky on desktop, I reached out for help, and they were quick to help provide a fix (even on the weekend!)

Amazing how the UI/UX is better than Shopify itself and it perfectly replaces and ads features to a simple task "pickup" (very complicated using shopify).

Great app for delivery dates at my store. There might be some bugs the support team are really responsive and helpful to solve the problems.

Been using the app for about 2 weeks now and have no complaints. The app is easy to setup and use. This has help eliminate our undeliverable local deliveries as we now can provide a delivery date and time that works for the customer.

I would highly recommend this app! I used the app on my online store to allow my customers to collect from our retail locations and offer a delivery service with our own vans. In looking for this functionality in other apps I struggled to find a suitable solution that also looked great. Since finding Secomapps app this fixed both these problems, first of all the functionality was really well thought out, you can set up the locations and store details super simply using their 3rd party control centre, plus the added bonus of bulk uploading made it very easy to be up and running in no time. Second, the design and customisation of this app is great, it worked well with my theme and allowed me to adjust colours and fonts. I also needed some custom functionality added to the app which the team at Secomapps were more than happy to help me include, they went over and above to facilitate my needs, even working out of office hours to complete the requested upgrades. Great team, super friendly and super helpful. 6 starts from me if i could and will continue to look out for future app and updates for this app

I love this app, I love the fact that I am able to add local delivery and pick up . It makes my shop easier to work on and it also makes it easier for my local customers to save . I love the way it’s easy to use and the customer service is amazing . I have been a customer for few days but I have been contacted and I love the service already .

The app is easy to implement and have step by step guide. We are using this for our shipping, delivery and pickup. The features are great, but wish there was a postal/zip code qualifier for delivery. The service in getting it to function perfectly with our site was awesome! Update: Postal/zip is there now. This app is awesome and the support team is unreal. This is a great, easy to use app for local pick up or delivery! The standard features do not include the ability to have only some items on your site available for local pick up and some only available for shipping. However, we were able to reach out to the customer support and they created a custom code tagging sequence for us that has worked well so far!

These guys have aa amazing support team that is quick and eager to help if you ever need them. When every I have reached out for help no matter how small the request they have accommodated.
