We have been using this app as well as their pop-up app for just under a year now and it has been fantastic! Our store does online food delivery so allowing customers to choose date and time is essential. The team worked with us to help set things up and ensure it works well for us. I used this app to help me offer an option for self pickup from my individual brick and mortar stores. It is so easy to set up and the only part which I struggled with was how to only make free shipping for store pickup to not appear for customers who did not select store pickup and that was solved because I did not implement the weight based free shipping as prescribed because it was in the youtube video and i didn't notice the weight to input. All's good now and we are truly loving this app that offers us so much flexibility in terms of lead time adjustment, black out dates and even max number of slots available per time slot. Thanks so much Sterling and team for developing this amazing app and helping us solve the headache of ensuring that pickup is only available at locations where we truly have inventory.

Great app, For pick up and delivery after trying a few other similar apps this one works the best, has the best functionality, and the best support. I set up test stores on the free trial to try out the app before putting it live and the support always got back to me promptly to help solve problems, or suggest work arounds. We needed an app that was easy to use for our pickup and local delivery option. We originally went with a different app that did not meet our needs when it came to customers selecting pickup order. At first when we downloaded this app it was kind of confusing with all the different tabs, but it got easier as we played with it. It synced very well with our theme and we didn’t come across any issue on our website. One thing I would like to see is the option of blocking certain time on a specific date. We’re a small business and sometime we have to run errands for a few hours and we just need to blockout time, not the whole day. The support team was prompt on emailing back with a code to change the pickup time to regular (am/pm) instead of military for our order confirmation email. Overall, we are happy with the app and recommend it!

We needed a solution for our click and collect issue: one app that would hold our extensive list of stores and would work with our theme. This app works perfectly for our needs, but the best of it is the customer service given by Sterling. Always helpful and mindful of our questions and needs. Definitely made our live much easier and our website is much more user-friendly.

We are a small artisan bakery in Spain. This app is very well featured and is excellent value, meeting all our needs. We had tried other similar apps but they all fell down because of a bug in Shopify's product which Shopify was in no hurry to fix. Sterling at Secomapp provided a good workaround for this, and the team have been brilliant in customising the app, even making further suggestions as we went along. Full marks!

This app is a must for a floristry business retailing online. The app is user-friendly and easily allows customers to select their preferred delivery date and time. The support provided by Stirling was amazing. As a novice to website building, I had many queries; however, the team at Secomapp were extremely patient and generous with advice. They honestly went above and beyond and were even able to customize certain features to suit my needs.

Great app with many customisable functions. Had some trouble setting it up however Sterling took the time to help us through it very patiently and went the extra mile in figuring out how to solve our problems. And even months down the line, they were always happy to help. Would definitely recommend this app.

customer support is amazing! i have no html skills but wanted to have the date picker on a specific position at the cart page. technical support did the setup for me within 24hours without any extra costs! setup of the app is a bit more complex then others date pickers. but if you run a business where you need to setup local delivery + shipping + pickup, this app is perfect! thanks to the customer support & technical support team for helping me with the setup! runs without any bugs. one wish for the future: that the customer-selected delivery date is shown at the "thank you page" or/ and at the last step of the checkout-page (summary-page)
