We were able to work with a member of the development team to resolve the minor issue we were having with the color coding for the calendar function. The team was respectful, helpful and very timely in their resolve. The attended to our issue with a sense of understanding and great importance.

Outstanding Customer Service from the developers! We had some minor technical difficulties starting up with an app in our drawer cart, but all resolved quickly. There is one significant drawback to all Shopify Pickup Apps, including this one. In your Settings/Shipping, you will need to create a Store Pickup, and it will become visible to Shipping checkout guests. With that mind, you may experience some delivery orders arriving as store pickup and missout collecting the shipping fee that you may charge on your orders! Trust me, people are blind and will do anything to skip the delivery fee. With all that, the app is working great, functionality and customization are also at an excellent level.

They fixed the map API issue quickly and this app has certainly the best customer experience. I tried others that were too confusing for the customers. The support we receive from them is outstanding and they are very good coders. You can tell that the quality is good. If they keep their promise, I will use their app with other clients.

***UPDATE - Aug 7 @ 6:55am EST *** THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!!!! I needed some custom coding for an idea I had that I couldn't do myself. I reached out to Peter, and he and Nicolas pulled a miracle out of their hats. My vision came true because of their help. A+++++++ customer service. Any body reading this... stop second guessing yourself and get this app. Well worth it. *** ORIGINAL*** The app works exactly as described. Been using this app for a few years now and no issues. I just recently contacted support about install on new unpublished theme, and within 1 day.... Done.... up and running. To the people reading this based in North America... Please keep in mind that there is quite a time difference between us and the app developer. So don't expect an answer right away at 3pm EST. At 1am EST, different story.... replies are within minutes. PS..... Thanks Peter for fixing my issue. :-)

Store Pickup works well and support has been very responsive when needed. If you need to have a store pickup option, this is the app.

This is a very practical app, easy to use and configure. Very responsive support team. We had a suggestion to improve the app and it was released in a new patch in 2 weeks. We are considering to use the app for other stores we manage as well. Highly recommended!

Tried a couple other apps for local delivery and Store Pickup worked way better. Tech support was awesome - they responded quickly and always resolved issues. I've got quite a bit of custom code for my store and they were able to work with my developer to get everything working properly. Highly recommend.

Our customers were requesting a store collection option for a while and we looked at a few different options. We decided to go with Secomapp and it has worked out perfectly for us. Setup was simple and the support from Nicolas at the Secomapp team was first class.

I got this app in hopes of customizing it to work as a "hold order" system rather than a "store pickup" one and the features were versatile enough that I got it working for what I needed and the support staff was great about fixing and customizing the things I couldn't. Overall t's a fantastic app with great support.

Great app, simple and easy to use for multiple and complex delivery options. Amazing and quick customer service and support! We highlighted an issue with the app and how it doesn't quite work for UK delivery. They got the dev team on it immediately and it was rectified within 24 hours. And this was at the weekend!

This app do exactly what we want. The supporting team is very good. Quick responses & very cooperative. They help me fix the google map, remove store opening hour & fix translate problem.
