Proceed with EXTREME caution if you install this app. Below is the summary of the experience I had with this app which has been provided to the developer. 1. I uninstalled the App yesterday because it was not performing correctly. The app was very slow and did not always load. 2. When I uninstalled the App there was a bug and it did NOT uninstall all of the code from our custom theme. 3. Because the app had a bug and did not uninstall correctly, our shopping cart was COMPLETELY DOWN 95% of yesterday [Sunday] and customers could not check out 4. In all my time with Shopify [since Sep 2016] I have NEVER had an issue uninstalling an app on Shopify as I have with yours. I spent my entire day with Shopify trying to have this fixed which it was at 7:30 PM 5. I will email you the bug detail and what was commented out in our theme code once received from Shopify on what they fixed. I DO NOT want ANYONE to have to go through this.

We see that your Secomapp.txt you sent us has 2 storepickup liquid files that includes: Secomapp's file and Zapiet's file. Today we checked your shop again and found out that Zapiet's file was deleted and your shop is still working fine (even Secomapp's file is still there) So the issue on your app last several days was caused by Zapiet's app not by Secomapp. If you want to remove our files please create an account with permission (Theme) to this email : [email protected]

Great and responsive support, answered all our questions, and helped us fix issues we were having. This plugin saved us a lot of time.

Complete app for store pickup, to add and manage orders, stores and locations. Works fine after configured and the app team is always available to help. We recomend it!

Excellent addition to our store... exactly what we were looking for! When we first installed it there was a small glitch on certain devices but Nicolas edited some code and fixed it immediately. Customer support is way above what we could've imagined. Thank you Secomapp!

A+ Our experience with Secomapp was great! Adding our 14 store business to the new website was very simple and convenient for the customer to be able to pickup in store with no wait times or product availability problems. We are in the business of stationery supply, this means back to school time is hectic, so customers enjoy this app very much and we enjoy seeing our customers happy. www.monerick.com

This is a great app. It does just what we want it to do. It looks great on the checkout page. The support from Nickolas was terrific.

Again support has been extremely helpful assisting us to implement some changes in the website. Very quick and effective service! We are very happy with this app. Once the app was installed I had a few issues that needed to be fixed before it went live. Nicolas Bui (Secomapp support worker) was immensely helpful and surpassed all my expectations.

We have just one store - so one pick-up dress - it works well.

In theory this app would be great. Setup was reasonably easy and the user interface is nice. However, there are some fundamental flaws that are out of Secomapp's control and are Shopify checkout limitations. The app uses Javascript in the Google Analytics extra script to try to hide the shipping options during checkout that are not applicable to the customer based on whether they chose Shipping or Pickup in the cart. But this does not always work and we had many customers somehow choose the local pickup "free" shipping option during checkout when they did need it shipped. We ended up spending so much time fixing these orders and sending additional invoices to collect shipping that it just became not worth it. We uninstalled the app and now just ask customers to write a note on the cart page saying "pickup in store" and we then manually refund the shipping in these cases. The Secomapp folks are super responsive to technical issues and are very helpful. We continue to use their store locator app and are very happy with it.

Set up has been very easy so far. I love the idea of the functionality Store Pickup provides. I eagerly await how my customers respond to Store Pickup.
