Couldn't recommend this app and the team enough. I am very cautious when installing new apps and do a lot of research, and BirdChime not only integrates really well with shopify, but also have an excellent support team. I have been in touch with Atinder and Lokesh when I got a bit stuck and they both when above and beyond to help me out!! 10/10 app and service!!

This app works perfectly for my needs. I am a flower farmer and floral designer and need to balance my available days for floral deliveries with farm work. I am able to set up the calendar so that my customers can see, and choose, with ease, my available dates for flower deliveries. The customer service is incredible.

More than satisfied with the app! It's easy to use and even as it became more specialized, the support team was always there to help. This includes the shipping options, as well as local delivery and in-store pickup. Maximum power and responsive support team! All issues were resolved, and I can only recommend the app to everyone! It didn't work for what I needed, I wanted a delivery calendar service that would allow me to visually see clearly all the deliveries and pickups I had that day for my floral business. I used it a few days, a bit over a week and I uninstalled it to not get charged and after a month I received a $10 charge to my card from them... truly frustrating and annoying especially after I didn't find it useful at all...

So far, I'm extremely happy with not only the app but the team that supports it. First, easy to install and configure. I've used a previous app, and while I thought that app was okay, I now realize that this app is superior! Secondly, the app works basically flawlessly. I had ONE little tiny hiccup on how the calendar appears on Android devices and I contacted them and within just a few minutes, they fixed the small issue. Everything has been perfect. The team is friendly, very knowledgeable and they're quick at responding and fixing issues. I cannot recommend enough!

We searched for a delivery app that could help manage both in-store pickups and local deliveries, and this app stood out from the rest! But what truly impressed us was their outstanding customer service. Even when I had questions unrelated to the app itself, the team was incredibly helpful. Great APP for accurately processing Delivery Date, Local Delivery and Store Pickup. There are a lot of GREAT features built-in that other similar looking APPS DO NOT HAVE! Can you have separate discounts for Shipping, Local Delivery and Pickup, YES, it can handle that. working with all the people at BirdChime was a breeze and fast response. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
