Great product and top-notch customer support. Easily set up a shipping & pickup schedule to allow customers to select a date/time to have their order ready for either shipping or pickup. Very customizable as well. Schedules can be set based on day of the week or location.

So far this has been a great app and great support team. We use this app just for customers to select a requested order ship date. So far no issues. The support team responds almost instantly via chat within the app. They even added a new feature at my request with live changes made within 48 hrs that helped our internal processes significantly.

Highly recommended. App is well written, easy to setup, options are self-explanatory and the best part is that support is very quick and really understands whatever problem you have. I tried at least 5 apps to do the same thing and this is the easiest to setup and the most stable. Kudos to the team and keep up the good work.

Highly appreciated team. I would like to share my experience with this application and the support team as well. Seriously in my career, I didn't see fast and reliable support like this. I searched almost 50+ applications for my store but this application did what I want and BirdChime team did all setups according to my requirement within a very short time. Customers were unable to place orders with this app installed. Encountered issues when entering their address at checkout, being told that their postal code was invalid. Settings all correct. There's a bug but it doesn't feel like any appetite to get to the bottom of it. Cost me thousands in lost revenue. It's a shame as it is one of the better apps for this type of thing.
