The app design is great, the support is excellent! Niraj was proactive, courteous and very knowledgeable. He helped me install the app and tailor it to our needs. If you're looking for a delivery app this is it! ***Update: I had some questions regarding some custom features, I emailed them, Vikash responded quickly and assisted me with everything I needed. Great app made by great people!

Customer service is really helpful and responsive ! The app integration is useful and helped us enable the calendar date and hour selection for Store pickup only without disturbing any of our other delivery settings. AMAZING

This app is brilliant!!! Not only have I been able to customise my shop for set delivery dates, the staff have gone above and beyond to help me with getting it set up and also answering questions to help me. The best customer service received by any app by FAR! They respond straight away, thank you so much for all your help!

I manage a shop on shopify and use the bird application to manage our delivery, the application is very functional and easy to use, and the staff is very efficient in answering and solving problems, thank you guys

We recently switched from BigCommerce to Shopify. These types of apps are VERY expensive and not very useful on BigCommerce. In the short time I've been using Bird, it is infinitely better than any BOPIS app on BigCommerce and the customer service is absolutely wonderful. Fantastic, affordable app!
